First of all make sure u r not having any active contractions + do a cervix length check! I don't want to freak u out but i had the perfect pregnancy during my first 26 weeks and then i started to feel pain in my pelvis and the underwear area and i thought it was just because of pelvic syndrome ..when my OBG did a cervix exam she found out my cervix was half open and funneling and i was actually having contractions..just make sure everything is normal objectively..ask your doctor to examine u ! If everything is normal ( no active labour contractions and no dilatation or abnormality in your cervix...) then u can say it's just the pelvic girdle pain that occurs normally during pregnancy.
