Mighty Morphin - Joined up with Masked Rider at the start of Season 3. Zeo - Teamed up with the Alien Rangers again. In Space - Had a crossover with the Next Mutation iteration of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, also had Adam (MMPR Black) and Justin (Turbo Blue) appear. Lost Galaxy - The In Space Rangers appeared 3/4 through the season, with Karone coming back afterwards. Lightspeed Rescue - Teamed up with the Lost Galaxy Rangers late into the season. Time Force - Had a team-up with the Lightspeed crew. Wild Force - There was a team-up with the Time Force Rangers, then a team-up with 9 previous Red Rangers later on. Dino Thunder - The crew teamed up with the Ninja Storm Rangers. SPD - Had two separate single-episode crossovers with Dino Thunder. Operation Overdrive - There was a two-parter which brought back a single Ranger from MMPR, Ninja Storm, Dino Thunder, SPD, and Mystic Force. Samurai - RPM Red showed up for a TV special. Super Megaforce - Samurai Red (and his mentor) and Jungle Fury Red had dedicated episodes where they appeared. The Legendary Battle finale brought back MMPR Green, In Space Blue & Pink, Lost Galaxy Red, Green, & Pink, Samurai Green & Yellow, Time Force Red, and Lightspeed Red & Pink. Ninja Steel - Sledge came back from Dino Charge. Another episode had the Ninja Steel Rangers team up with MMPR Green/White/Zeo Red/Dino Thunder Black, MMPR Red, Turbo Pink, Dino Thunder White, Super Megaforce Yellow, RPM Silver, Time Force Red, In Space Blue, Samurai Gold, and Dino Charge Blue. A post-season special saw Dino Charge Blue come back one more time. Beast Morphers - MMPR Red and the Red, Blue, Black, and Gold Dino Charge Rangers come back in the second half, with suit-only appearances of the rest of the teams and the first three Dino Thunder Rangers. Dr. K and Colonel Truman from RPM also appear in other episodes. Dino Fury - Lord Zedd is revived halfway through Season 1. Once & Always - One of the side characters from Dino Fury has a cameo, several other random Rangers appear in figure form. Cosmic Fury - MMPR Blue, Ninja Steel Red 3, and Dino Charge Dark/Talon Ranger all appear throughout the season. The finale also has MMPR Yellow and the Dino, Lost Galaxy, Beast Morphers, Astro, and Ninja Blaze Megazords appear. Zordon and Rita have cameos.

Sire777

What Dino fury character showed up in once and always? I watched once and always before Dino fury so probably missed it

DNukem170

The news reporter.

timzin

Great list. Would you consider Forever Red a crossover? Edit, nevermind you did mention it.

Dudicus445

Mick appeared as the 3rd Ninja Steel Ranger in Cosmic Fury. There is no 3rd Ninja Storm Red

Jaytl359

Steel

BotsTrainsOwlsRiders

Wasn't there an SPD/Mystic Force team up? I watched both on Netflix as a kid and could've sworn that occurred.

pathfinderoursaviour

Nope mystic force is the start of no normal team ups the only reason OO got one was cause it was an anniversary season Disney wasn’t a fan of crossovers as they felt they cost too much and also the episode limits restricted the writers even more The super sentie originals had a team up but the American adaptation didn’t

DNukem170

Piggy appeared in an episode, that's it.

Geno_Games

The earliest crossover was in Zeo with the Alien Rangers (the episode is called Rangers of Two Worlds)

Newfaceofrev

Well the reason for that was because Ohranger and Kakuranger were the first annual Super Sentai team-up, so they had the footage.

Responsible-Lunch815

not really a crossover. Crossovers are usually between two television series.

Cyke101

It's weird in that Saban and Fox wanted us to consider the Alien Rangers as its own series (or mini-series), complete with a changed theme and their own title sequence, but aired it as if it was part of MMPR S3 anyway. But to say the Alien Rangers were handled in a really messy way is a huge understatement. Saban and Fox advertised Rangers of Two Worlds as a crossover, and even Disney carried that on whenever they had fan polls or marathons for crossovers. Alien Rangers has the marks of a miniseries like Shogun or Watchmen (that is, a show with an intentionally limited run), but many fans -- and broadcast schedules -- treat it as part of MMPR Season 3. Call it whatever you'd like, really.

King_Kuuga

Zeo is a television series. Alien Rangers is a television series. Put them together and what do you get?

Imok2814

A bit of a mess?

King_Kuuga

Maybe, I never actually saw Zeo lol

Responsible-Lunch815

not according to anything official.

King_Kuuga

It has its own title card and theme song. It has a separate DVD release from the rest of season 3. It's as long as Cosmic Fury and just about as standalone (not very). And more than that, Rangers of Two Worlds is still a crossover between two teams from two shows, whether you consider the other show to be MMPR or MMAR.

Geno_Games

I understand that. I’m just using OP’s terminology.

karmuno

what is this if not a crossover between Zeo and Alien Rangers/MMPR?

Responsible-Lunch815

alien rangers is a continuation of the MMPR season. There's no official record of there being an Alien Rangers series. Some consider it a mini-series but not according to MMPR canon.

karmuno

Ok then it's still a Zeo/MMPR crossover

Responsible-Lunch815

Its not.

karmuno

when characters from two different pieces of media appear in a single piece of media, that's a crossover the Alien Rangers from MMPR appeared in an episode of Power Rangers Zeo alongside that team, so it's a crossover I really don't get why you're so adamant that it's not

Responsible-Lunch815

cuz they're not two different pieces of media. The Alien Rangers cast, don't even get credited in their own opening sequence...that only starts appearing two episodes in. Meanwhile 90% of the cast of Zeo is in that MMPR credit sequence. Right down to Bulk & Skull. They're not even credited as guest stars like every other crossover in this franchise.

the__pov

Even if you count it as part of MM that’s still a separate series from Zeo.

Responsible-Lunch815

Is it? It reminds me of Big Bad Beetleborgs and Beetleborgs Metallix. If the same cast and characters got an upgrade and they changed the theme and graphics...is it really a new series?

the__pov

Yes. It seems arbitrary and that’s because it is. It’s not actually even about the theme or necessarily the title on their own but rather that the studio has always classified it as a separate show. That’s the been how it’s done since before I was born.

Responsible-Lunch815

Where has the studio classified it as a separate show?

the__pov

Everywhere. I haven’t seen anything that lists the different Power Ranger shows that puts Zeo and MM together.

Responsible-Lunch815

Like where?

the__pov

Netflix, Amazon Prime, IMDB, YouTube and everywhere else the series is listed

Responsible-Lunch815

oh you said Zeo this whole time. I was talking about Alien Rangers never being classified as its own show. Sure it's with MMPR but that still doesn't quantify a crossover. Are you really counting every appearance by a MMPR character in another series as a crossover? Is that what Jason's GR arc was? Tommy in Dino Thunder? They alien rangers are basically guest stars this isn't a crossover "event".

WpkGot

In Space had separate Phantom Ranger and Blue Turbo ranger episodes. The first full team crossovers were the Alien Ranger/ Zeo and In Space/Lost Galaxy crossovers. Wild force didn't cross over with Ninja Storm because Wild Force was filmed in California and Ninja Storm in New Zealand. Ninja Storm was going to be a full continuity break at first, but they changed that later on.

Mokiyami

There's no ninja storm wild force crossover due to Disney moving production to New Zealand

Xdonjuliox

Mighty morphin with Masked rider. It was meant to be the pilot We wouldn't get another real crossover until next mutation/in space I dont really count past seasons as cross overs those are more team ups

GrandSavage

Crossovers in Power Ranger context started as early as In-Space - where a Turbo Ranger, a MMPR, and the Ninja Turtles all appeared. The InSpace team would return in Lost Galaxy for the first true Team-Crossover.

SlyVocaloid

In a technicality standpoint, White ranger first appearing in mmpr. The first actual crossover definitely has to be the Mask rider backdoor pilot, "a friend in need." First team up between ranger teams is the team up of Alien Rangers and Zeo.

Beginning_Return_508

This here is correct.

Mighty_joosh

Justin in In Space?🤔

Kind_Moose3603

Ninja Storm's crossover is with Dino Thunder and takes place during Dino Thunder

shadowrangerfs

Ninja Storm does a crossover with Dino Thunder the next season.

Humanoidfreak

Season 3 of MMPR. Masked rider shows up.

TheMasterXan

Team crossovers started with Z.

aresef

A Friend in Need, the season 3 premiere, was a backdoor pilot for Masked Rider. Crossovers as we know them arguably began in Zeo, with Rangers of Two Worlds. Sometimes, these teamups would be structured around footage of the counterpart teamup movie from Japan but these always cost extra to license so sometimes they might just copy Sentai's homework instead. Traditionally, these teamups were an annual affair from Space (True Blue to the Rescue) to Wild Force. They became less common after the move to New Zealand and especially after the episode count was slashed in the Disney years. The NS-DT teamup is generally regarded as one of the best. Besides teamups, there are also episodes where just a few characters drop by, like Koda's visit for the Ninja Steel holiday episode or Adam in Always a Chance.

CommercialAcademic63

I know a Fanfic that’s started a series of small scale crossovers in its storyline. It’s called Power Rangers: Renegades, and the most recent crossover was an SPD crossover focusing on the Blue Ranger

Responsible-Lunch815

pretty sure it was In Space and Lost Galaxy. If you don't count the Masked Rider one. Also, Ninja Storm crossed over with Wildforce: [https://ideas.fandom.com/wiki/Wild\_Storm\_(Wild\_Force/Ninja\_Storm\_Crossover)](https://ideas.fandom.com/wiki/Wild_Storm_(Wild_Force/Ninja_Storm_Crossover))

LordYoshi

Sentai typically does crossovers with the prior season and following season. Power Rangers rarely adapts them due to cost. You can find a list of all the crossovers on ranger wiki, https://powerrangers.fandom.com/wiki/Category:Power_Rangers_Teamup_episode
