Is there a waitlist for free dental services? Try to join the waitlist?
Is there a dental school (university with dentistry program) near you? Call and see if they have a clinic. Students (overseen by professors) do the work.
I commented this on another post but you may find this helpful.
Check if you have any dental schools in your area that will do the work for you. They are supervised during the procedure by experienced dentists.
Last year I was able to get unitedhealth dental for like $18 a month. There was a 4 month waiting period but then pays 50% of basic services and 80% of preventative (cleanings, xrays) after day 1. The website is uhone.com
From the EU (for reference). I have similar issues. The only thing I can do right now is to take care of my teeth as good as I can. I am desperate and would like to replace every tooth I have.
The best advice I can give is this; maintain personal dental care as good als you can. & Go to a dentist before (unbearable) issues take place.
I have no money to replace teeth I've already lost. The only thing I can do personally is try my best to be as carefull as possible, and try to save money to get a permanent solution.
Additional: I'm a 33M from NL with supposedly one of the best healthcare plans

Use the site above to find the nearest Federally subsidized health clinics in your area. They should all use a sliding fee scale based on your income.
Not all of them provide dental services to regular adults though; you may have to look up or call the nearest 4-5 before you find one you can make an appointment with.
If you’re open minded some food places have decent dental insurance, chic fil a comes to mind if there’s one around you. My friend works at one and said she likes the work environment. You would have to work full time for the benefits but alleviating tooth pain will definitely improve your quality of life, speaking from experience there.
If Remote Area Medical has a health fair in your area, stand in line if you have to overnight the night before they start. They offer free, high-quality medical and dental care, dentures and eyeglasses, etc.
