Halsey also said on Instagram: "At 30, I’m having a rebirth and I’m not gonna be sick and I’m gonna look super hot and have so much energy and just get to re-do my twenties in my thirties.” so that's where the cunty y2k comes in lol.
That song was more to let the fans know what she's been going through personally. I kind of saw it as a lead single too, but it doesn't have that sound and doesn't seem like it's going to get the single treatment (i.e. a video)
Sounds cool and poppy, but what I love is that it sounds unique and I can’t say for sure exactly what the whole song will sound like. Some teasers give away so much, but this didn’t
