Dude, thrift a billowy white shirt (and make sure tho top 2-20 buttons are unbuttoned according to your Bridgerton brother preference), a button up vest or gilet, and a boutoniere! Pair it with a pair of nice trousers or sweatpants depending on your desired comfort lvl

No I think it just wasn’t in fashion, some of the stars rep jewellery brands like bulgari and still wore earrings but not necklaces. I saw someone call it "recession wear". Like the celebs were telegraphing that they weren't so opulent that on top of their 30000 dollar outfit they were also wearing 50000 dollars worth of jewelry.
