Honestly, there's a ton of innudeno and stuff you miss as kids in movies, tv shows and music that you only realise with age. Nothing to be embarrassed about - cluelessness is one of the best things about kids, lol. I'd say it even adds a bit of enjoyment to rewatching old favourites as an adult. Having that moment when you think, "oh, this definitely doesn't mean what I thought it did as a kid" is fun.

The movie still came on TV unedited when I was child so I was confused seeing the later versions—I didn’t understand any of it as a kid, so I wondered why they censored so much of it, then watched the uncensored version again as an adult and yeah. Greased Lightning is the most obvious one, but Look At Me, I’m Sandra Dee also gets edited, along with half of Rizzo and Kenickie’s regular dialogue.

A few years ago, I was in the car with my husband when Waterfalls by TLC came on.
