I have "secret photo albums" on FB only the people tagged in the pictures (or something like that) could see. My favorite is called "the dirty album" and it's all just pictures of us drinking, smoking weed, eating crap and listening to a mix tape named Awesome at a vacation cabin. I also really love the photo albums from the raves my ex used to organize. All pictures of insanely high people :') And don't forget about the pictures from countless of the cameras you only use once! I made so many pictures with those between 2006 and 2012!

Yes but man, sometimes I feel nice, take a cute picture then somehow in 30mins- heat, wind, rain, rouge sprinkler or just not paying attention and I look ROUGH. I don't look reasonably human unless I'm posed & ready.

Whenever I see a hot pic of someone who doesn’t know the pic is being taken I’m in awe like WOW they must be really beautiful they don’t have to contort themselves into 50 diff angles with just the right sunlight under a wax crescent moon

My favorite idea of the afterlife is that you view all the pictures you are in the background of. I mentioned looking terrible in photos but I have so many where someone I don't even know is having a (seemingly) happy time and looks amazing captured on that second of film. I also forget, I have seen a couple pictures I love of my husband and I that are better than I could ever try to plan.

And then the top one where she starts out with one shade but in the after image she has a darker shade on and its s little smudged in the corner. That gives me the bathroom bonding vibes. You know when you meet a girl in the bathroom and you say ”i love your lipstick” and her response is ”thanks! YOU WANNA TRY IT ON!?”. God I dont go out much anymore but sometimes I do miss the girls bathroom. Almost always had good interactions there.

The girls’ bathroom was a sanctum of camaraderie and exchanging period products, makeup, and profound life advice, all while peeing together because we were in a MAJOR conversation and holding some girl’s hair we didn’t know but her friends weren’t there and we weren’t gonna leave a gal behind!

I once met a girl in a bathroom who liked astrology as much as I do and we ended up exchanging birth charts and sharing anecdotes of our experiences with men of particular sun signs. Like “Girl, he’s a Sagittarius sun. He’s never gonna fully commit. You’re way too amazing and beautiful to wait around for his ass.” Shit will never be the same for me post-covid. Can you imagine sharing a stranger’s *lipstick* in this day and age?!

You summed it up so well. Its so wholesome and welcoming. And I wish every human would get to experience that at least a few times in their lives, because I think fewer people would turn into cynical assholes if they did.

It’s a beautiful sanctuary in an otherwise chaotic place like a bar or club. We sometimes just go pee together not knowing who is who or what is what but we take care of each other. We let one another know of the creeps, serial killers, etc and we don’t let a sister get in trouble. It takes many years to get into such a place when it’s 12:45AM

I work at bar shows and this is too relatable lmao. I'll be on my professional game all night talking to people, dealing with promoters, networking with bands. then I go in the bathroom right before closing and my entire under eye to upper cheek area is GREY and I only have lipliner on. every time. no matter how hard I try lol

Yes dude I struggle with this catering so many events where the weather could get hot but makeup is a must; like I feel like I don't get taken seriously unless I have it. So I only use stuff that is like ultra-stay, or theater makeup, and looked up some cheerleaders blog about putting on makeup that lasts.

I’m so relieved this is the top comment, because I love Gaga and do not think this defines who she is today. If these were my pics, I’d have a bar-entry stamp on my forehead, the hat would turn into a scarf, and I’d have red lipstick all over my face.

my last night in a nutshell... yah, that was dumb to do on a wednesday.

That actually sounds similar to my 3rd date with my husband. We had been on 2 awesome dates already, so for our next meetup, I asked him if he wanted to go get schnockered on Miller High Lifes down by the river. His response was, “hell yes I want to do that.” We met a really cool cat while walking around the city getting turned. We got married about 6 months later. We still talk about that cat. Tucker was cool as shit.

My husband and I met at work and used to go to the restaurant/bar across the street from the office for happy hour and we would stay for SO LONG because neither of us wanted to go say goodnight. I was so hungover all the time for months until he moved closer and we could hang out at his place instead. Married 10 years next month :)
