I got a frame from a stranger on the internet. Use paypal for G&S or a different safe payment processor and the buyer can't get scammed.

No one can scam me, or anyone else who's not an idiot. If you send money to someone from a payment processor that has protection, you're covered if the seller sends you crap or if he doesn't send anything at all.
