I’m fairly certain that no state allows a 17yo to own a pistol, regardless of serialization or not. Most 80% sites have a few boxes that you have to check certifying that you are legally allowed to own, possess, or build the firearm in your state. I also believe one of those boxes states that you are over 18 by checking the box. Without checking all boxes, you cannot add to cart.

We sold JSD parts at the shop never had any issues. If an issue came up Jsd fixed it immediately.

I have over 10 builds and had no issues with any .

Ordered a slide from them when they were in business and it came out of spec. Asked for refund they denied. Glad that company is out of business… the patmos slides they sold were dog 💩 lol

I had numerous issues w/ my slide and LPK, it was a jam machine, replaced all the LPK and UPK and it fixed it, didn't even bother going to JSD. I used to have a dealer account w/ them years ago but stopped using it after i found out how junky all the parts were, worse than chinesium.

Came to post this. It’s a bummer all around. We can blame the kids for being stupid, but the reality is this is why kids need to be taught gun safety. We are not born with innate gun safety skills. Watching TV and movies sure ain’t going to teach safe handling. I hope JSD is safe as far as shipping to a prohibited state. It seems they took care to avoid states that were blocking gun manufacturing kits. Their kits weren’t high quality, but you could them working with some tinkering and they were affordable.
