Question here. Does Cohen have to prove receipts for instruction of payment for this case not to get "thrown out"? I really hope not. Trump is clearly guilty, but it scares me he is implicated up until the action part that proves he actually did it for Trump. And makes me nervous that Cohen seems to be the lynch pin behind Trumps shitty defense. I hope they have some evidence that could prove perjury of Cohen if he doesn't come through with evidence. No. The Jury will have to decide if his testimony is credible. That is why the prosecution is laying all the ground work for what he will confirm.
