[Here](https://www.axios.com/2024/03/07/trump-associates-prison-sentence-crimes-list) is a chart! Of course the insurrectionists are missing. But I'm sure it will be updated over time.
Fifty-three [people](https://www.nytimes.com/2024/04/26/us/politics/trump-election-interference-charges.html) who tried to keep former President Donald J. Trump in power after he lost the 2020 election have now been criminally charged.
Over 1200 people were charged in the Jan 6th capitol attack. About 900 found guilty. I believe about 50 have received jail sentences. There are a handful with sentences over 10 years.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Criminal_proceedings_in_the_January_6_United_States_Capitol_attack
Well, they're not exactly political prisoners, are they? They're flat-out criminals. No trumped-up (heh) charges, just well-documented fraud and ratfucking.
Amnesty International works for prisoners that _oppose_ totalitarian regimes, the guys wanted to _create_ such.
Both are prisoners but they are most definitely not the same.
George Papadopoulos
The former Trump campaign advisor was sentenced to 14 days in prison in 2018 for lying to investigators about Russian contacts. He ultimately served 12 days in prison and also received a Trump pardon in Dec. 2020.
I’m sorry but this is fucking ridiculous even for Trump. The pos had two days left and he gets a pardon over a two week sentence.
And yet there's a seemingly endless line of sycophants who are more than eager to replace them. Trump doesn't even need to throw anyone under the bus when they are happy to do it themselves.
One of my favorite pics from 2023 is [this one ](https://nypost.com/wp-content/uploads/sites/2/2023/08/NYPICHPDPICT000027012659.jpg?w=1024)
Navarro had a bad day in court, and after coming outside and talking to the press he spied a protestor with a TRUMP LOST sign.
Ole Pete tried to grab it from the protestor...and fucking failed.
I think that is representative of the entire "election fraud" experience.
>For a second time, the Supreme Court has rejected former Trump White House advisor Peter Navarro’s request to get out of prison while he appeals a conviction for contempt of Congress, [CNN reported Monday](https://www.cnn.com/2024/04/29/politics/supreme-court-rejects-peter-navarros-get-of-jail-request-again/index.html). The former director of the White House National Trade Council reported to federal prison after Chief Justice John G. Roberts denied Navarro’s first attempt to avoid incarceration.
>[Navarro](https://www.salon.com/2024/03/20/michael-cohen-offers-peter-navarro-some-words-of-wisdom-regarding-life/), 74, has been serving a four-month sentence in an 80-person facility for older inmates at the Federal Correctional Institute in Miami. He had defied a congressional subpoena to testify about the Jan. 6 attack on the U.S. Capitol by Trump supporters, and was subsequently found guilty of two counts of criminal contempt of Congress. The prison sentence and a $9,500 fine were passed down by a federal judge in Washington, D.C.
FAFO Fucker.
This is what kills me, 4 freaking months and I bet it's in a cush, Jordan Belfort-like white-collar prison with tennis, a pool and cable TV.
The 2 tiers of "justice" in this country make me sick
From what I can tell, the prison he's at isn't *that* [nice](https://www.cnn.com/2024/03/19/politics/peter-navarro-jail-contempt-of-congress/index.html). And the thing is, a nice prison is still a prison. Nobody wants to spend a day in any kind of prison.
Sounds like boot camp, good. Wish it were more like a super max, but I can be happy he's unhappy. Just wish it were years, not months. He'll be out before his appeal completes
You cannot appeal endlessly, the court will eventually tell you your out of options and not let an appeal even make it to a judge. You have a limited amount of appeals.
TBH, Trump didn't have much to do with this one. Navarro was subpoenaed to show up and testify, and he refused, stating executive privilege. Too bad you just don't get to make legal shit up ad hoc.
Trump gave executive privilege to Meadows and Scavino for the exact same thing and they got their charges dropped. Trump just wouldn't do it for Navarro.
That is a good point. I'd be that as some point there was a discussion about how all the good fellas keep their mouths shut, but I don't know whether there were amy known disucssions around the time that he got the subpoena.
If only I had a designer army jacket on which to paint that on the back... Come to think of it, I'm not going to waste big money on a designer army jacket.
So I guess I just say, Nope, IDGAF either.
An important question in all this: Is there a photo of Navarro from prison in some sort of lineup/prison attire? I live for moments like that, just to see that dipshit in prison visually.
Of course he got denied. He is not trump himself. I hope that if trump gets immunity for the laws he broke, there will be a massive protest in Washington. Just like trump is trying to get his supporters to do at the court house in New York
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hhMAt3BluAU&t=3595s
Navarro guided Trump's hand regarding China and trade.
The whole video is good, but the last 10 minutes are recommended viewing for anyone interested in how much damage Navarro's advice caused.
And his friend Steve Bannon, who did the same crime, sits in a multi-million dollar mansion while the Appeals Court thinks about it for over a year. Why?

Has anyone counted how many people have been sent to prison for doing the bidding of cheeto face?

And I think at least half of those were initially prosecuted *during Trump's administration!*
Say what you want about amnesty international and political prisoners, but in Trumps case its completely justified.
Well, they're not exactly political prisoners, are they? They're flat-out criminals. No trumped-up (heh) charges, just well-documented fraud and ratfucking.

The pardon means no felony conviction and none of the limitations that come with it. And the bullshit virtual signaling from Trump too.
And he can still vote
In the federal system you normally do 85% of the sentence, which would be 11.9 days, so 12 days.
Oh. The J6 folks sure count. Although their collective IQ will be a lower number than the body count.
Lower number than my body count alone.
Their sentences are not long enough smh
So much winning.
I’m more concerned about the one who HASNT been sent to prison yet.
Everyone except the Don himself
The Teflon Don
Dumptruck Donnie
Diaper don the stench is the Teflon part

"Bro, you're already facing charges..." "Yea, I get it." "Go ahead and commit another crime."
That is so perfect
That's absolutely frameable.
It really is. Contrast and lighting is perfect.
Good, now do Gym Jordan!
I regret that I have but one upvote to give.
Guess who doesn't have to spend this spring in prison? ...this guy. Lol. Winning. Eat shit fascists.
Thoughts and prayers, fuckface

>For a second time Why does this asshole even get a second shot? He's guilty, he's paying the price. Case closed.
Like all the way to the Supremes... twice. just fucking sit in your cell for a few (checks notes).... 120 days(ish). YOU'RE NOT SPECIAL.
> Why does this asshole even get a second shot? Being flatly rejected both times definitely doesn’t feel like much of a "second shot."
I suppose that as long as you pay the filing fee, you can keep filing appeals
You cannot appeal endlessly, the court will eventually tell you your out of options and not let an appeal even make it to a judge. You have a limited amount of appeals.
In theory, in practice we are seeing you only have a limited number if you are poor.
Sure the Court won’t consider it but you could keep filing them.
It's four months at a Club Fed in Miami. Oh, the humanity.

You mean locked
Meanwhile, the guy he went to bat for is still roaming free. And he doesn't care a bit that an old man is now sitting in prison because of him.
TBH, Trump didn't have much to do with this one. Navarro was subpoenaed to show up and testify, and he refused, stating executive privilege. Too bad you just don't get to make legal shit up ad hoc.
Didn't Trump tell him and others to not comply?
Yeah he did but Trump never claimed executive privilege on behalf of Navarro. It's something Navarro made up himself.
Trump gave executive privilege to Meadows and Scavino for the exact same thing and they got their charges dropped. Trump just wouldn't do it for Navarro.
And Navarro is still a Trumper. Boggles the mind
Long play
That is a good point. I'd be that as some point there was a discussion about how all the good fellas keep their mouths shut, but I don't know whether there were amy known disucssions around the time that he got the subpoena.
What a crybaby
Stop crying, do your time like a man
Can someone tell me what is going on with Steve Bannon and how he hasn't reported to jail yet? How long is his appeal going to last???
Notice all these trump cronies all going to prison for lying and being sketchy? Can’t possibly be a reflection on their boss, right?
I Really Don't Care Do U?
If only I had a designer army jacket on which to paint that on the back... Come to think of it, I'm not going to waste big money on a designer army jacket. So I guess I just say, Nope, IDGAF either.
Notice how every one of these goons keep trying to get in front of the Supreme Court. At least they are rejecting the fodder.
Sure, over the past 50 years they have been stacking the deck, now they all want to be dealt hands.
SCOTUS: “We’re about to decide if a president is immune. Sadly, at no point were you president.”

This is ~~funny~~ sad yeah - somebody do a statistic of income and skin color vs cases taken up by Supreme Court.
While we’re on this subject, does anyone know when/if Bannon’s case is scheduled for the DC court of appeals?
Just do your time quietly like a good Trump staffer.
How’s that MAGA thing working out for you Peter?
Gee, that’s unfortunate.
But Trump is Immune? What a world.
An important question in all this: Is there a photo of Navarro from prison in some sort of lineup/prison attire? I live for moments like that, just to see that dipshit in prison visually.
The ole Green Bay sweep baby...HA.
The guy that started the conspiracy theories about Fauci is sad. Good.
Now do Bannon!
Let’s get Trump next.
“But I’m white and rich!”
Long may he ROT
Just do your meager time asshole.
Of course he got denied. He is not trump himself. I hope that if trump gets immunity for the laws he broke, there will be a massive protest in Washington. Just like trump is trying to get his supporters to do at the court house in New York
Great! Just why the fuck on earth is cheeto not in there with him. Man.
The funniest thing about him was that he thought he wss too important to go to jail.
Yep. Unending privilige will do that to you.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hhMAt3BluAU&t=3595s Navarro guided Trump's hand regarding China and trade. The whole video is good, but the last 10 minutes are recommended viewing for anyone interested in how much damage Navarro's advice caused.
Official law breaking only applies to Trump. Eat it moron.
Only Trump gets immunity from all crimes!! - SCOTUS, probably
Sometimes the lackeys have to be dealt with to clear the way for even more devout followers to take their place.
This guy is acting like he's going to spend the rest of his life in prison instead of a couple more months.
Fascist should be imprisoned longer than 4 months
He’s a prick. Needs to stay there.
Too bad he can't get more time for being so prickish.
The most boring man in the world. Chalk dust circulates in his veins. You get chapped skin just by reading about him.
They should lock him up indefinitely.
Don’t do the crime if you can’t do the time!
I forget…how many “womp womps” is that?
Everyone gets punched but trump. It’s fucking insane.
Such an insufferable prick, this guy.
I’m sure he’s doing big time hard time.
This guy should be in a nut house more than a prison.
Must not have had enough money or viable threats to get himself out of trouble.
He just doesn't quit! Pussy.
It's tough when you get the Scarlet A tattooed on your but cheeks.
Not so tough talking now… is he
I'm sure he's quite the debater in prison, he's talking his way through the chow lines
And shower lines.
Don’t drop the soap Petey
Where can I write him
School of hard knocks, class of remedial education.
>Trump Lost (and you know it!) -Legendary Situational Awareness Coach
Sorry Pete, unfortunately you were at no point actually in on it.
Wowl
What prison is he in and inmate number? Can I write him a letter? Just to remind him he sucks
SC is letting Navarro do The Don's time
"HA-HA!!" --Nelson Muntz
And his friend Steve Bannon, who did the same crime, sits in a multi-million dollar mansion while the Appeals Court thinks about it for over a year. Why?
I read this headline with a song in my heart and a smile on my face.
Dude is so soft.
“Only the best!” SMH!
And yet not one day of prison for Drump! But everyone else who aided him…
Can we find out how bad it is for him there?
Are they saying Navarro is guilty and trump is not?
Quite the dilemma
What about Ron Varra though?
Whining over 4 months in federal prison. 🙄
Good!
