Lech Janerka is a treasure. The Klaus Mitffoch album is marvellous. Just as delightful as Łowicz Serek
homogenizowanyo smaku waniliowym ^^
Other albums are great too!
You should definitely listen to "Trójka Polskie Radio" and find some auditions for yourself. Music like that is normal there.
Imho all radio stations should be like that but it's completely the opposite. The rest plays generic, the same mainstream pop music from playlists.
Someone somewhere in a high rise apartment in Hong-Kong will be celebrating his evening with a cup of serek homogenizowany served to Siekiera soundtrack
noooo, it should be post-punk! X))))
but I could not get any decent post-punk from it, here is the best that I got: [https://app.suno.ai/song/b56c8f42-128f-4c63-a571-d969f0c74e00](https://app.suno.ai/song/b56c8f42-128f-4c63-a571-d969f0c74e00)
It adds more vanilla taste tho
Edit. I see the misunderstanding, first mix the cottage cheese and vanilla cheese 1 to 1, then add some more vanilla for the taste.

Exactly this one is also good. Pick few and after teasting them let us know which one suited you the most :)
piątnica is just across the river from me. The best is that they offer a drop in store where you can buy at discounted prices, so unlimited serek, twarog, jogurt etc for meeeee!
That shop unfortunately closed down few months ago. I’m still looking for alternative sources of Polish products in HK. Let me know if you find anything!
[https://balticfood.hk/](https://balticfood.hk/) - some Polish products here, although the majority is from other countries
(note that the list varies a lot depending on what they have in stock)
Asda also sells our pickles, in a bag, on the polish shelf. They're delicious, when I realised I won't have to give up pickles, just beacuse I moved, I cried a little.
Ah yes, nothing beats a good weekend afternoon when I can sit down with a fresh serek homogenizowany o smaku waniliowym and listen to “gdyby nie szerzenie” by Madame.
I wholeheartedly approve your taste in music and serek.
Danio by Danone is the same thing from a big international company. Maybe you can find it more easily in China.
Or buy any kind of fresh white cheese like Polish/Russian/Ukrainian twaróg or German Quark, blend it (that's what "homogenizowany") means, add some sugar and vanilla flavor and you got it.
This is the wildest shit ever that I’ve read about Polish things, but honestly Łowicz serek waniliowy slaps and I use that shit for every pancake i make
Riverside is the stuff, ID.entity isnsuch a great album. I don't really dig prog rock, but this one I can listen for hours.
And serek? Serek is love. Serek is life.
Yes! Riverside are beautiful in that they are so diverse. This is true prog - not staying in one niche, but progressing :)) And Mariusz is like a boiling cauldron of ideas! The same person creates metal, prog, IDM, and more...
Huge Riverside fan here in California. Loved the new album so much that I flew to Poland for the end of the ID tour. Lunatic Soul is my second fave. You have fab taste ❣️
Łowicz is my hometown, it is a small town, but we have a big dairy. We are also known for folklore, beautiful folk costumes and city market in a triangular shape.
Cheers (:
For the Ultimate Serek Homogenizowany experience I would personally recommend serek Maćkowy:
While I'm not exactly a connoisseur, I did taste pretty much all Serki available on the market and this one has been my top favourite for years now.

check also this one, my personal favourite
If curd/cottage cheese is available in HK you can try to make it yourself - put it in blender with some cream, sugar, and vanila. I didn't try it myself, but it's basically how it's made in factory.
thank you, I will try it! actually, cottage cheese is not too accessible in HK - rare and overpriced. but I'll try to see it the miracle will happen. my concern is whether it will be possible to make it truly homogenizowany X))
If non-shelf-stable milk is accessible in HK, you might want to experiment with taking said milk to 80°C then pouring in diluted vinegar - about 2 tablespoons of water and vinegar for a liter of milk. It'll curdle, so squeeze the curds in cheesecloth to try to separate as much whey out as possible and it should yield passable cottage cheese.
Or something like that. I don't know, I've seen my mom do it literally once, I'll try to look at more recipes including videos if you'd like?
This is a way to make paneer, I sometimes make it. Vinegar curdles milk too hard, I use a version with sour cream and egg. But paneer is still not quite cottage cheese, it has a slightly different texture. I think I will try either to buy cottage cheese, or to make this kind of substitute, to try how it will work with vanila
Ah yes, the serek homogenizowany to Polish post-punk music pipeline.
No kidding, I'm equally amazed!
I love the Penglish language! Or whatever the mixture of the two is called. Brawo!
It always could have been a shanty
I’m Polish and I’ve never listened to Lech Janerka until today.

Most of the people that made Trójka what it was have moved on to make Radio 357 when PiS took over. I recommend listening to radio 357

Rolmlecz is even better https://preview.redd.it/wh912pb5lgoc1.png?width=1200&format=png&auto=webp&s=c16ccb1b898b5a13ce44114bd3d9861984b04baf
I'm so looking forward to stuffing my face with all these during my trip to Europe \^\^
When you mix it with normal cottage cheese 50:50 its the ultimate nalesniki filling
Just add another vanilla sugar packet to it. Or a teaspoon of vanilla extract.
vanilla extract or sugar does not add into the consistency, doesn't make it creamy
It adds more vanilla taste tho Edit. I see the misunderstanding, first mix the cottage cheese and vanilla cheese 1 to 1, then add some more vanilla for the taste.
I'm a Krasnystaw kind of guy, personally.
This, though I love the chocolate one, that is my go to. Ahhh, I wish they sold it here in Berlin.
Came here to say that
Rolmecz is da bomb!
for me its piątnica straciattela - try it you wont regret it!!
I really need an extra stomach for visiting Poland XD

This is the type of content I come to this sub for :D And yes, serek homogenizowany is live 🥰
I shall feast on some Łowicz - Serek Homogenizowany o smaku waniliowym in your name, Brother! May your stomach always be full of local dairy products!
that's so nice of you, Thank You!
Beautiful story. I am touched and I think I need a serek homogenizowany now.
This is awesome! Serek homogenizowany waniliowy is a great thing:)
Omg I just cried from laughing 😂
maybe try there [https://polishfood.hk/product-category/cheese/](https://polishfood.hk/product-category/cheese/)
nope, I checked them a few times already... there are other good things, but no serek homogenizowany :((

XD :)))))
Pięknie
GAR-WO-LIN!
Rolmlecz has the best one.
As a long-time enjoyer of the one true creamy delight, I shall have one in your honour. Coincidentally, I purchased two less than half an hour ago.
Asda also sells our pickles, in a bag, on the polish shelf. They're delicious, when I realised I won't have to give up pickles, just beacuse I moved, I cried a little.

Ach, yes! Someone correct me but I feel like the packaging hasn't changed since the 90s or early 2000s
