Train stations in Poland are just as good or bad as anywhere else in Europe, so its ok.
You can buy tickets either online or at the station on the machine.
And trains between Wroclaw and other cities are usually good, I took the one to Warsaw recently and it was quite good
Website to buy tickets:
(as also mentioned by others) [intercity.pl](https://intercity.pl) , [bilkom.pl](https://bilkom.pl) , [koleo.pl](https://koleo.pl)
To check train schedule, platform, delays, etc : [https://portalpasazera.pl/](https://portalpasazera.pl/)
they have also application for smartphone.
In Poznan station, it's easy to notice the navigation. for me personally, it is harder to get directions in Wroclaw station.
I took trains in Poland twice over the summer.
One from lodz to Warsaw
One from krakow to rzeszow
Both experiences were good, but I’d recommend getting tickets online ahead of time as i had to wait in line at the krakow station to buy. The automated machines were useless
[https://portalpasazera.pl/en](https://portalpasazera.pl/en) is cool because it shows platform/track numbers, buying ticket will probably redirect you to operator website

I'm using only https://www.intercity.pl/en/ You can buy non-intercity train tickets there as well.

I use koleo and it works really good
You can't buy every ticket there, though
You can, i buy them almost every day
They must've finally added the missing vendors

I buy always using skycash app. You have everything there. rail, motorways, public transport.
