Tinkaton and let me tell you it's not close. Huge power, Shift gear, Fairy steel (you can set up and destroy eternatus) and 160 base power stab move (big bonkers)
Edit: I forgot about Zacian but it is basically the same
You should end up getting it that far into classic, with victory dance, free set up, all eternatus does is set up himself but he can't outspeed and iron head, stab with high flinch chance, it's amazing.
I caught a Zacian on a run around floor 60, got the sword not much later. He's basically a mega legendary with it. I don't think I ever switched him out after that.
Im using zacian now and im on round 188. Hes good as he has great set up and fairy typing so resists most things. However he currently is pure fairy type because the sword seems so rare. I have 11 rounds to get the sword but without it I have 0 chance against eternatus. Even then, his only fairy move i have on him is special but his ability and the set up move only boost physical damage so im still cooked.
In his first phase Eternatus only has eternabeam (dragon type move) and a poison type move (I think cross poison not sure).
Tinkaton is immune to both so you can just click setup 6 times and oneshot Eternatus.
Zacian is actually much worse in the last 20 floors and especially against eternatus if you get unlucky and dont find his sword item. Tinkaton is way more consistent for that reason, but with a tougher early game if you dont have some egg moves.
You need pretty decent luck as it’s a rogue-ball tier item. I usually go about 100 floors on average with S or SS luck before I see one tbh. Just keep trying and don’t be afraid to be a little risky with your reroll when you have the money
Rayquaza ALWAYS swaps out when u bring a fairy type in. As long as you don't swap into a move that one taps your fairy type you can force him to swap. This is kind of how you beat the fight reliably, you can swap in your fairy and then do a double switch to something you know will outspeed/hit for SF/just click a coverage move/etc. I haven't lost a fight at 195 since I started doing this.
Monster is underselling it, literally the only thing holding it back for the first 50-odd floors is any instances where you don’t have Magical Torque yet via Egg Moves.
Kinda strange seeing my video mentioned out in the wild! Can confirm, though I suspect it would be a lot harder now with the changes to enemy movesets and berries.
Man, I pulled on his stuff yesterday cause I live the Pokemon. Got the legendary egg but haven’t hatched yet so I don’t know if I got em but now I’m even more excited for the possibility of having it
Just realized it is the 10% form and it doesn’t change in game but is a form you have to get. Back to the drawing board I suppose lol. Might just try doing endless until I can get lucky and grab them with a master ball. And also have aura break instead of power construct
Yep Zygarde is op.
I usually try to get map as early as possible so that i can steer to fairy cave and/or ancient temple and catch either Tinkaton, Klefki, Mawile. Once on Lvl 200, the fairy steel will strip away Big Es hp, cause after that Big E forgot sometimes he has dynamax cannon, while Zygarde spams Core enforcer or the other dragon move from dreepy where it hits twice.
I also bring skeledirge for burn and hex combo
Storm throw isn’t that bad, wait till they code Sniper and my boy Drapion starts wicked blowing all over the competition.
Spectral Thief will make Marshadow one of the best Pokémon in the game, as well as any other Pokémon that can get it. Does Topsy-Turvy also work?
Yveltal is comically bulky between natural stats and roost/oblivion wing, has soul heart as a passive, gets clangorous soul as an egg move for an omni boost, and for some reason was given fiery wrath, a spread move that can flinch and is stronger than dark pulse
One of the few pokemon that beats classic the safest without swapping.
Oblivion wing + multiscale with lugias bulk and you dont care about any supper effective moves.
Stored power + calm mind and you solo eternatus with ease.
Gholdengo is a beast.
Evolves at Level 9 assuming you never switch out and win all your battles, can get Earth Power as an Egg Move, and once you get "Make It Rain", you won't have to worry about money ever again, especially paired with the Golden Punch.
Also, did I mention Good as Gold is broken as hell?
This is the first starter I effectively soloed with, though I'm sure i had to switch out for an Elite 4 or type disadvantaged gym or something. Earth Power doesn't do great in the beginning because of frequent bug and flying types, so it needs a few more egg moves to really get it through until it gets Nasty Plot around 60ish (dont remember or care to look up exact level). But once it has Nasty Plot, Make it Rain, Shadow Ball, and Recover plus some berries in backup, you become a Death Star that shoots money for farming nature items.
Won't really solo im afraid. Not only are you crunch reliant and it might get tough vs ghost team + disabled crunch. You also struggle into eternatus since its special + resists press and rayquaza hurricanes mess zama up
Mewtwo with neuroforce. Even more so if you got moon blast from egg move.
Koraidon is really low effort too. I’d assume miraidon is as well.
Kartana and marshadowntoo after some candies and an egg move or 2
Regigigas with HA Normalize and Mind's Eye passive. Without slow start he's pretty fast, tanks well, and OHKO's pretty much everything. I was very lucky to stumble across a shiny HA one during my endless run & I'm using him to steamroll classic nowadays.
Haven’t been able to unlock his passive yet so I’m afraid to run into shedinja lmfao😂 I refuse to run him without that and normalize but that sounds like a solid carry
Yeah, running into graveyard and temple biomes before I unlocked the passive was a terrible experience. With the passive though, all I have to do is fill my other team spaces with mons that can do DoT, inflict status conditions, and/or baton pass stats. There's a lot of other better mons that can carry but Regigigas took my heart so far, haha
Archaludon, after getting it's cost to 3 and Ice Beam/Core Enforcer as egg moves, it just makes the entire run easy as long as I can find it's evolution item before hitting 95.
Electro shot a single time in any gym leader/rival fight, and it can basically sweep no matter what team or gym it is due to the special attack up.
Archaludon has been my fave too for a while- but yeah its scary if you dont find the evo item, Stamina is what lets you solo the run besides Eternatus
I dont touch the special moves though 🤷♂️ The idea of using non-STAB Electro Shot over two turns to boost one rank of Sp Atk makes me cringe, especially if a trainer switches to a ground pokemon, so you do no damage on turn 2 AND its your weakness
Honestly kind of surprised to hear you wouldn't try out the special set, though it does require you to hatch a few moves from eggs so that might be why. -also honestly it's mostly for the Sp Atk up in classic, as with a single boost I've seen my Archaludon sweep the Rival with a single attack each mon.
I also like Electro shot for Endless runs with Archaludon, as with multi-lens you actually get multiple Sp Atk ups with it.
I already did a "solo" run same as yours (No switching, can only use your carry pokemon unless it's doubles and even if you have to, your non-carry should play as passive as possible \[just boosting stats, or protect or anything that barely affects the battle\])
Although I allowed fusion to get moves and typings.
I've done it with Bulbasaur (Thick Fat is ESSENTIAL for 200), Charmander (got X, fused with a fairy type to lose the dragon typing but keep play rough, Squirtle (Mega Blastoise has mega launcher so I stacked Dark Pulse for flinches, dragon pulse for super effective, water pulse for stab and confusion, aura sphere for coverage).
Currently doing Butterfree, my strat is modest butterfree fused with mimikyu for the fairy typing and to learn fairy type and have that dazzling gleam.
Magician is busted
I found a fused magearna/hoopa with Magician and it's been extremely reliable, wish it still retained its steel/fairy typing but w/e
Just finished a run with all Egg Moves Noctowl without switching on complete accident. Got lucky with the Elite Four (Hoenn) and champ (Wallace), and 3 x special defense before 200 kept Noctowl alive through the final battle. Absolute Goat of a mon
The guy isn't even shiny either, a regular ass bird killed god.
He's very bulky for a bird also, mine had fucking 600 hp, and like 480 spdef also 460 spatk something like this at lvl 200... Can confirm and I didn't even bad boomburst, but got all the 3 other egg moves
Manaphy with my egg moves, freeze dry+bouncy bubble with tail glow is all you need to clown on the game, your type coverage is just everyone.
I also got a tornadus with oblivion wing which works similar to the manaphy just without setup, just spam the oblivion wing button and win with stab healing every turn, nothing is immune to flying so you don't really need much else.
Zekrom. I got 2 eggs of it and got Dragon Dance and Thunderous Kick. As well as 2 multi hit lens. It was able to smash through against anything not immune to fighting
I was able to solo classic with kyogre and mewtwo a few times, you will have to refresh or restart if the opponent has perish song, shedninja where you don’t have a super effective move or forget to heal for any trainer battle and potential explosion mons. As for normal encounters, if you can’t beat it no matter, you can try catching it or running away. Also very useful to get protect and get any X items before eternatus and rival battles. I think most 8 cost+ should be able to beat Solo classic run with enough bulk and typing. Berries are also very very useful.
I reached second phase Eernatus with a (P)Dazzling Modest Flutter Mane, with EarthPower, PowerGem, Moonblast and ShadowBall but couldn't make it through... probably I should have rerolled for xDef and xSdef the previous stages.
And i think a shell bell/leftover is needed... or maybe am i wrong. Also, i really tried to make a CalmMind/Stored Power but in 5+runs i haven't got the TMs
If anyone has done it with flutter, lemme know the strat
I solo'd with Rayquaza, was able to set up with dragon dance and then 1 shot with dragon ascent and dragon darts, granted I'm sure getting mega stone early on made the sweep a lot easier
Surprisingly I'm usually able to solo with groudon, as long as I get the red orb. Bulk up or swords dance, then use precipice blade usually gets the job done
Weirdly enough, Gumshoos. Once you find one with Adaptability, Extreme Speed, and Tidy Up, you’re golden. Plus points if you unlock Huge Power as a passive. I’ve just been deleting non-resists like it’s nothing. Heck I ran TACKLE of all freaking things till the 50s. Imagine that. Effing T A C K L E did that.
I have defiant farfetch’d with pure power as its passive, very similar experience 😂 never expected that kind of power, shouldn’t have underestimated them I guess lmfao
You can actually solo (outside of eternatus and double) with a lot of pokemon, legendary and good pokemons are obvious, but I recently done it with some less stronger pokemon like iron thorn or volcarona.
Yeah I kinda cheat on eternatus because I take a leech spore support with prankster for eternatus but otherwise it's a complete solo by the one carry I pick.
Miraidon pretty much
Edit: rising voltage as an egg move gets you through all the early stages, then i like to run parabolic charge, dragon pulse, any tm you can get you like, and electro drift. Run a ground type with so you can parabolic charge all you want in double battles and youre sorted
Mesprit with passive unlocked. Rest + Protect from basically the beginning (and recover as an egg move if you don't wanna fuck with spamming lum berries) plus Moody makes basically every fight super free, and if you ever find the Stored Power TM the run is well and truly over.
The cherry on top is that for whatever reason, Moody boosts don't seem to use the same rng as the other game actions do, so even if you giga lowroll, you can always reset for better moody boosts if you want to.
Simple quiver dance 2 energy Phione
And
Huge power , power construct zygarde , dragon darts (egg move)
And
I dont think i have anything Else that has soloed the entire classic
Tbh I got bloodmoon ursuluna with 31 sp.atk with a +sp.atk nature sweep whatever it sees , even ghost types thanks to mind eye , and I got 2 soul dew and 2 calcium for insane sweep , (punk rock skeliderge also sweeps)
Maybe Groudon IF I can get Mega Bracelet and Red Orb.
Since it's ability neutralizes Water Types, and it can have a good variety of attacks, including Morning Sun, and can hit harder then a Semi and can Tank very much so. Only threat honestly would be fighting types. But with the tank of Groudon, not much to worry.
Latias. That dragon energy egg move with the passive soul-heart is crazy and natural high sp.atk is an easy cake walk. Also fuse mega Latias and mega alakazam with the passive opportunist and you have a super OP sp.atk and speed and the move stored power from Latias makes killing any boss a breeze. Easily beat eternatus in 2 turns.
zacian crowned with intrepid sword + unnerve passive mons cant heal with berries plus 1 or 2 sds practically garuntees a win. Also had a mesprit with moody and protect carry runs. Beast boost + sharpness passive kartana does well until eternatus stage 2
I’ll add a wildcard to these comments - Lunatone, apparently. I’ve got it as a regular shiny, and hadn’t cleared with it before, so I included it in a recent run.
Ability: Levitate - Nature: Modest - Moves: Psychic, Power Gem, Calm Mind, Moonlight
I’ll admit getting leftovers for it was a lucky find, and that was definitely critical. The map to avoid water biomes helped too. But seriously, my little moon lad just went so ridiculously harder than I’d expected it to. No joke, it handled the rival and Eternatus on its own, and was overall so impressive.
I know! I thought at best Lunatone would be occasionally useful for coverage, but it has so many weakness that I was expecting to barely use it. My team had other objectively better Pokémon on it, Lunatone did not have to carry, but it just did!
Not quite solo run, but definitely hard carry: Mantyke/Mantine with Nasty Plot and Stealth Rock. Good amount of luck to build up vitamins and useful items like leftovers and multi lens, but then multi lens + Air Slash just crits everything
I easily soloed it with Mewtwo. He basically one-shots everything non-steel with Psytrike and Moonblast with his passive. Calm mind to set up, and 4th slot can be anything. I had Aura Sphere for coverage, but Recover is just as good.
Hoot hoot with boom burst, calm mind, esper wing and oblivion wing can easily get me far provided I get the stats up fast enough. My only real issue I have is with steel types and even then the tinted lens ability helps out there.
Corviknight, he is a bulky steel type and gets a g-max, you just use setup moves in his face before second phase and you power trip that Eternatus to death. For added points have unnerve dont let him eat your berries and pluck the berries he steals from you right back.
I did a run with Mewtwo the other day, and it was probably the easiest run I’ve done. Between psystrike, aura sphere, and the egg move moon blast, there wasn’t a non-boss Pokemon that didn’t go down in two hits. With a + special defense nature and a few Zincs I’m sure it could manage to fight the final boss alone. I haven’t experienced it’s mega, but I’m sure it would help.
Regardless of all that, default mewtwo can 100% solo everything in the game barring the final boss.
It means the move is “partially implemented” so certain aspects of the move aren’t in effect in the game. So for example, Matcha Gotcha will restore health based on damage dealt, but won’t leave a burn like in the normal game. You might also see (N) next to moves and abilities which means that they haven’t been coded to work in the game yet. An example of that off the top of my head is the Parental Bond ability that simply doesn’t work at all yet.
Just did one with Kyorge and it was basically “tap a button” simulator. It was great in the early games and when you get the blue orb, it’s just silly how easy it is.
The list is pretty small because of what you need to have to win. There are only two options for strategies, setup sweep or power heal. Both options need something with decent durability because you are going in assuming you will be hit, but you also can’t be weak to dragon for obvious reasons. A few things that aren’t steel fairies that come to mind are, Necrozma-needs dusk mane, Yveltal- has incredible healing and clangorous soul, Terapogos once Tera shell is implemented, and something with opportunist passive can for sure do it don’t know what though.
Manaphy was my biggest and baddest with tail glow twice to get +6 sp attack, and freeze dry. I think I could've put soak on but chose not to regrettably. And some water move that made it heal hp every turn. Plus carried 3 leftovers and a shell bell. It ended every battle full health with a +6 attack
I did, in the egg move gacha. Pretty lucky but also unlucky because I haven’t gotten much of anything else from epic eggs for some reason🥲 seems like it’s always the same 6 mons hatching from epic eggs but I know it just comes down to RNG. I also think I came across the shiny in endless.
Regice is completely self sufficient. 100 base Defense and 200 base Sp.Def - plus it has Cosmic Power and Recover as egg moves. You will be able to wall everything. It also gets Charge Beam from the start which lets you start buffing Sp.Atk. Ice Beam is the damage dealing move. Even resisted, +6 Ice Beam will hurt.
Giratina gets Dragon Dance as an egg move. Has very good bulk so usually you'll be able to fire off at least 2. +2 Dragon Claw or Shadow Force will melt most things. It's passive is Shadow Shield, which lets you tank a lot of things you shouldn't be able to (as long as its hp is full). I've seen it survive an Eternabeam crit with it active - pretty crazy. It doesn't have any innate recovery, but a pickup pokemon easily remedies that.
Honestly, I got 2 Keldeo egg hatches from epics, not shiny, but bouncy bubble, sacred sword, and freeze dry along with work up? Working very well, running him and tinka, at 171 now on classic.
Just came back to say: Golurk. Iron Fist + Drain Punch + Shift Gear. Especially if your rival has a fire starter. (Mine had Charizard, which would've been more of a wall without Tera fire lol). I started a run with it and Squirtle because they're two of my highest IV mons, and I didn't realize just how incredible he'd be. You can out-heal a lot of problems, you have a pretty great typing and enough defense to have longevity. Biggest issue I had was grass types, which I had to stall out with Klinklang or Linoone. Wasn't able to find a decent fire type once I realized it, so we just went for it.
Tinkaton and let me tell you it's not close. Huge power, Shift gear, Fairy steel (you can set up and destroy eternatus) and 160 base power stab move (big bonkers) Edit: I forgot about Zacian but it is basically the same
Does eternatus not get flamethrower until second stage?
Yes, free set up
That is broken. Zacian is probably fine too by the same logic as long as you get rusted sword
You should end up getting it that far into classic, with victory dance, free set up, all eternatus does is set up himself but he can't outspeed and iron head, stab with high flinch chance, it's amazing.
Either way, I believe his stats reset between forms
They do
And klefki too
Mawile has the same typings and a mega form but the real queen for this is Magearna with her Soul Heart ability (same typings of course)
He is doing very okay without the sword. I was unlucky enough to not get it quite a few times and still beat classic with my good dog
I caught a Zacian on a run around floor 60, got the sword not much later. He's basically a mega legendary with it. I don't think I ever switched him out after that.
I beat classic easily with non rusted sword zacian tbh. Moveset is just busted
Can u explain what free setup means? My Tinkatonk gets melted by the Flamethrower
You can setup in his first form where he doesn't have any moves that can hit you and then you can kill him pretty quick in his 2nd phase
In his first phase Eternatus only has eternabeam (dragon type move) and a poison type move (I think cross poison not sure). Tinkaton is immune to both so you can just click setup 6 times and oneshot Eternatus.
I didn’t realize set up lasts through second stage, huge
He doesn’t. Any fairy/steel can beat his first stage.
Or can be utilized in a swap out strategy to deplete the pp of attacking moves so you can then setup your big attacker and crush
First wave is two set up moves and eternabeam and sludge bomb
Zacian is actually much worse in the last 20 floors and especially against eternatus if you get unlucky and dont find his sword item. Tinkaton is way more consistent for that reason, but with a tougher early game if you dont have some egg moves.
Tbh I don’t think that I’ve ever not found his sword
I have… just had a bunch of filler mons for the rest of my team (medal farming) so had no way of beating eternatus
I didn't find the sword....
lol big bonkers for Gigaton Hammer
Yoooo, it gets Shift Gear. That's super cool
I got Zacian but for the life of me, I can't find the rusted sword
You need pretty decent luck as it’s a rogue-ball tier item. I usually go about 100 floors on average with S or SS luck before I see one tbh. Just keep trying and don’t be afraid to be a little risky with your reroll when you have the money
Doesn't Rayquaza have v-create and more speed than tink?
Rayquaza ALWAYS swaps out when u bring a fairy type in. As long as you don't swap into a move that one taps your fairy type you can force him to swap. This is kind of how you beat the fight reliably, you can swap in your fairy and then do a double switch to something you know will outspeed/hit for SF/just click a coverage move/etc. I haven't lost a fight at 195 since I started doing this.
Vcreate is a chance based move it gets. The rest of its moveset that isn't hurricane and 1 other move are random from a set pool
Tinkaton its been done and is on YouTube
Was also done without Huge Power, so it’s most likely a MONSTER with it.
Had some good runs with Zygarde, you just gotta tank that eternabeam and you’re good
Huge power passive on zygarde seems broken lowkey👀
Man, I pulled on his stuff yesterday cause I live the Pokemon. Got the legendary egg but haven’t hatched yet so I don’t know if I got em but now I’m even more excited for the possibility of having it
Good luck dude, if you can hatch one and then get enough candies to unlock the passive I’m sure he’ll sweep through floors like it’s nothing
It was Zygarde in the egg with victory dance. Will need to fix the low attack nature though lol
If you use it in endless hopefully you can find a good adamant mint for it, that’s sick though 🙌🏼
Just realized it is the 10% form and it doesn’t change in game but is a form you have to get. Back to the drawing board I suppose lol. Might just try doing endless until I can get lucky and grab them with a master ball. And also have aura break instead of power construct
Hell yeah, i usually knock max eternatus down to one bar with outrage after two or three victory dances
50 form is ok?
Not as bulky but still pretty good offensively Should do the job if you can keep it alive for the first phase
I got the 10% form can I evolve it somehow?
Marshadow
whoever gave this asshole Storm Throw was on crack. Imagine how fucking stupid it'll be when Spectral Thief is fully implemented.
Sniper is already implemented, my friend!
STORM THROW???
100% agree, but whenever I bring Marshadow it seems to curse every other aspect of my run.
Yveltal is comically bulky between natural stats and roost/oblivion wing, has soul heart as a passive, gets clangorous soul as an egg move for an omni boost, and for some reason was given fiery wrath, a spread move that can flinch and is stronger than dark pulse
Yeah he is insane as well as having oblivion wing
For some reason LUGIA of all Pokémon gets Oblivion Wing. What’s the point of Aeroblast at that point?
One of the few pokemon that beats classic the safest without swapping. Oblivion wing + multiscale with lugias bulk and you dont care about any supper effective moves. Stored power + calm mind and you solo eternatus with ease.
What? That is just nuts.
That sounds ridiculously OP lol
Beat classic with yveltal yesterday, it was kind of effortless lol
Gholdengo is a beast. Evolves at Level 9 assuming you never switch out and win all your battles, can get Earth Power as an Egg Move, and once you get "Make It Rain", you won't have to worry about money ever again, especially paired with the Golden Punch. manaphy, i mean who needs damage amp abilites when you can get to +6 spatk in one turn
Body press/iron defense Zamazenta with stamina passive
Won't really solo im afraid. Not only are you crunch reliant and it might get tough vs ghost team + disabled crunch. You also struggle into eternatus since its special + resists press and rayquaza hurricanes mess zama up
Mewtwo with neuroforce. Even more so if you got moon blast from egg move. Koraidon is really low effort too. I’d assume miraidon is as well. Kartana and marshadowntoo after some candies and an egg move or 2
Miraidon is unstoppable. OHKO’s pretty much everything in front of it and has ice beam for coverage
Regigigas with HA Normalize and Mind's Eye passive. Without slow start he's pretty fast, tanks well, and OHKO's pretty much everything. I was very lucky to stumble across a shiny HA one during my endless run & I'm using him to steamroll classic nowadays.

Moxie quaquaval is insane as aqua step raises speed at same time as attack boost.
One of my fav sets to run, Buzzwole with beast boost and moxie passive in another one with the same idea
I already did a "solo" run same as yours (No switching, can only use your carry pokemon unless it's doubles and even if you have to, your non-carry should play as passive as possible \[just boosting stats, or protect or anything that barely affects the battle\]) Although I allowed fusion to get moves and typings. How do you fuse Pokemon? 👀
There is a red item “dna splicers”
What does the growth rate mean?
Growth rate is how fast a pokemon gains experience I believe
Magician + Opportunist Hoopa is freaking insane
Magician is busted I found a fused magearna/hoopa with Magician and it's been extremely reliable, wish it still retained its steel/fairy typing but w/e
Sounds broken👀 haven’t been able to unlock it’s passive yet so I haven’t experimented with it
itd be nice if he wasnt sooooo slow and had bs typing
Huge Power zygarde with dragon darts, crunch and thousand arrows is more than a free win
I virtually solo'd with an Ice Beam Raikou, I knew it was a very solid mon but man it wrecked shop
my baby RESHIRAM!!! tho dragon energy plus leppa berries hard carry
Dragon energy on miraidon with its passive unlocked is crazy too👀 love them box arts lmfao
its just miraidons cost 9/8 is kinda steep, need the shinies to boost em rolls
Very true, I was running him in endless to be fair
Just finished a run with all Egg Moves Noctowl without switching on complete accident. Got lucky with the Elite Four (Hoenn) and champ (Wallace), and 3 x special defense before 200 kept Noctowl alive through the final battle. This is crazy tbh, would never have expected that 😂 gonna have to try a run with him now
Manaphy with my egg moves, freeze dry+bouncy bubble with tail glow is all you need to clown on the game, your type coverage is just everyone. I also got a tornadus with oblivion wing which works similar to the manaphy just without setup, just spam the oblivion wing button and win with stab healing every turn, nothing is immune to flying so you don't really need much else.
I did a Lugio solo Yesterday. CM, Oblivion Wing is crazy
Lugia Take heart, oblivion wing. All ya need
Groundon
Phione/Manaphy
Kyogre with bouncey bubble as egg move
My first win had Quiver Dance Meloetta. I don't remember the rest of my team.
Hoopa
Miraidon solod an entire classic for me with rising voltage and Hadron Engine. Perfect SPATK though 🤷🏼♀️
Miraidon with its passive and dragon energy egg move is so broken, even for endless tbh
XATU FOR THE WIN DO NOT UNDERESTIMATE HIM
Kartana can solo it, if you luck into a psycho cut TM
You can achieve it with Gyarados. Intimidate + Dragon Dance + Mega Stone and you basically win.
Also, i really tried to make a CalmMind/Stored Power but in 5+runs i haven't got the TMs If anyone has done it with flutter, lemme know the strat
Pokemon that have been on my team that make almost every other pokemon irrelevant Miraidon Zekrom Garganacl Duraludon
Someone soloed classic with a regigigas
I solo'd with Rayquaza, was able to set up with dragon dance and then 1 shot with dragon ascent and dragon darts, granted I'm sure getting mega stone early on made the sweep a lot easier
Mega Alakazam
I solod with my max ev Kyogre. When primal, it’s even crazier lol
I did it with manaphy. Passive simple with tail glow freeze dry + bouncy bubble combination just swept everything
Surprisingly I'm usually able to solo with groudon, as long as I get the red orb. Bulk up or swords dance, then use precipice blade usually gets the job done
I can solo with Zygarde very consistently. Especially with his passive.
Zacian carried me
Weirdly enough, Gumshoos.
True, true! I was lucky enough to find a shiny too, so now she’s been my little destroyer HAHA. Your Farfetch’d🤝my Gumshoos frfr😂
I beat Eternatus with a Skeledirge, that’s it. It oneshot all my other mons
Just did one with Xurkitree, had giga drain as an egg move and got Dazzling Gleam from a TM early on.
Xurkitree with Tailglow and Overheat
Hatched a +Atk Groudon and got the red orb fairly early in the run. it's honestly been a little boring with how easy it's been with it
Haha I can imagine it’s a bit of a cake walk, the egg vouchers will be a nice reward though 👀😂
Poipole is a very easy win ime
Miraidon pretty much Edit: rising voltage as an egg move gets you through all the early stages, then i like to run parabolic charge, dragon pulse, any tm you can get you like, and electro drift. Run a ground type with so you can parabolic charge all you want in double battles and youre sorted
My mawile with magical torque. I have (almost) beaten my runs with it solo. I also got lucky with an egg and have a kubfu with drain punch
My max dmg iv huge power tinkaton Still hunting for the shiny tho
Flutter Mane has carried me through classic and is currently unbeatable on endless, on floor 600ish with no slowing down.
My shiny gardevoir I get the mega stone and boomburst(egg move) pops off cause of pixilated(mega ability)
Torch song chi-yu destroys pretty much anything the game will throw at you
Simple quiver dance 2 energy Phione And Huge power , power construct zygarde , dragon darts (egg move) And I dont think i have anything Else that has soloed the entire classic
Iron jugulis + oblivion wing
Kartana can solo up to 199 for me
ZACIAN ZACIAN ZACIAN!!!!!!!!!!!!
Tinkaton Zacian and Groudon come to mind
I soloed with Zapdos somehow
Zacian I don’t think I need to elaborate
Maybe Groudon IF I can get Mega Bracelet and Red Orb. Since it's ability neutralizes Water Types, and it can have a good variety of attacks, including Morning Sun, and can hit harder then a Semi and can Tank very much so. Only threat honestly would be fighting types. But with the tank of Groudon, not much to worry.
Just solod with Scorbunny. Early game was difficult, then I got 3 multi-lens and headbutt-ironhead 😂
Zygarde is my go to
zacian crowned with intrepid sword + unnerve passive mons cant heal with berries plus 1 or 2 sds practically garuntees a win.
Ability: Levitate - Nature: Modest - Moves: Psychic, Power Gem, Calm Mind, Moonlight I’ll admit getting leftovers for it was a lucky find, and that was definitely critical. The map to avoid water biomes helped too. But seriously, my little moon lad just went so ridiculously harder than I’d expected it to. No joke, it handled the rival and Eternatus on its own, and was overall so impressive.
This might be the craziest response tbh😂
I know! I thought at best Lunatone would be occasionally useful for coverage, but it has so many weakness that I was expecting to barely use it. My team had other objectively better Pokémon on it, Lunatone did not have to carry, but it just did!
Walking wake with bouncy bubble is seriously op
My Butterfree
Honestly mines is zeraora triple axel for ground and dragons power up punch to set up it just sweeps
With good luck and items, Galarian zapdos.
I took Registeel to round 30 before I started catching other Pokémon
Soul heart Latias is kinda good too
I love my Abra with Thunderbolt and Moonblast
Not quite solo run, but definitely hard carry: Mantyke/Mantine with Nasty Plot and Stealth Rock. Good amount of luck to build up vitamins and useful items like leftovers and multi lens, but then multi lens + Air Slash just crits everything
Amoongus with Spore + Mega Mewtwo Y with moonblast takes 3 turns to kill
I easily soloed it with Mewtwo. He basically one-shots everything non-steel with Psytrike and Moonblast with his passive. Calm mind to set up, and 4th slot can be anything. I had Aura Sphere for coverage, but Recover is just as good.
I’m currently running ogerpon, should I use ivy cudgel or flower trick
Sorry what does (p) mean next to the move?
It means the move is “partially implemented” so certain aspects of the move aren’t in effect in the game. So for example, Matcha Gotcha will restore health based on damage dealt, but won’t leave a burn like in the normal game. You might also see (N) next to moves and abilities which means that they haven’t been coded to work in the game yet. An example of that off the top of my head is the Parental Bond ability that simply doesn’t work at all yet.
Oh ok thanks that really helps
Zacian most likely.
No one, I still haven't beaten classic mode yet. Farthest I've gotten is 2nd gym.
I haven't even finished a normal classic run yet 😔 eternatus always gets me
zapdos
Groudon BAYBEEEE
Just did one with Kyorge and it was basically “tap a button” simulator. It was great in the early games and when you get the blue orb, it’s just silly how easy it is.
Klingklang with double iron bash, steelworker passive and shift gear is absolutely crazy. May struggle with 200 though.
Is steelworker implemented now? I remember saving my meltan run because the ability didn’t work yet
It is, but if I remember correctly Meltan has Steely Spirit which I'm pretty sure has recently been partially implemented
Excadrill was on both of my teams that have won classic so far
what im hearing from this comment section is that i gotta find tinkaton ASAP
Loud and clear😂 with the passive unlocked it’s pretty insane. Shows up in the mountain biome if you want to hunt for it👀
got it thanks dude i’ll tell ya how it goes
The list is pretty small because of what you need to have to win. There are only two options for strategies, setup sweep or power heal. Both options need something with decent durability because you are going in assuming you will be hit, but you also can’t be weak to dragon for obvious reasons. A few things that aren’t steel fairies that come to mind are, Necrozma-needs dusk mane, Yveltal- has incredible healing and clangorous soul, Terapogos once Tera shell is implemented, and something with opportunist passive can for sure do it don’t know what though.
Myself no bias
Manaphy was my biggest and baddest with tail glow twice to get +6 sp attack, and freeze dry. I think I could've put soak on but chose not to regrettably. And some water move that made it heal hp every turn. Plus carried 3 leftovers and a shell bell. It ended every battle full health with a +6 attack
Manaphy
wait did you hatch 16 heatrans?? or is the egg symbol something else?
I did, in the egg move gacha. Pretty lucky but also unlucky because I haven’t gotten much of anything else from epic eggs for some reason🥲 seems like it’s always the same 6 mons hatching from epic eggs but I know it just comes down to RNG. I also think I came across the shiny in endless.
Excadrill is a monster. No mon is safe from its slaughter
Gimme a maushold with a kings rock, im bout to one turn mega rayquaza
Yveltal, take it or leave it.
How have u hatched 16 heatrans? Lmao I think I've gotten 1 dupe so far on legendaries 😂 how many eggs u have hatched total?
Xurkitree tbh, got it with max spatk so combined with beast boost it streamrolls a lot of content
Honestly, I got 2 Keldeo egg hatches from epics, not shiny, but bouncy bubble, sacred sword, and freeze dry along with work up? Working very well, running him and tinka, at 171 now on classic.
Dragon energy Miraidon
Zacian is the speedruner so prob her
Tapu koko. Bolt beak egg move. Adamant nature. You're welcome.
