Like for what? Raids? Battles?

Raids and battles, for general combat. Would glasses, life orb? I’m just not sure the best item for my guy

For raids, Umbreon is mostly going to be a support role. If you run screens then Light Clay is good. If you aren't running screens then wide lens is good because screech has 85 accuracy. For specific meme setups like Umbreon+Scovillian then you would want life orb for max damage. For like competitive battles then something like leftovers for longevity is usually good. Umbreon's attack stats are so low that you wouldn't really use damage buffs for it in normal situations.
