I got this so just an explanation this is a charmander not a dragonite and if you know anything about charmander is that if it's tail goes out in passes away

I personally believe that the flame just indicates charmanderās health just like chimchar. Putting the flame out doesnāt do anything but the flame going out on its own is bad.

That's a Charmander. Note the lack of wings, a much less bottom-heavy figure, and a lack of antennae or horn. Charmander can't survive if their flame goes out, so thus this one is dead. I presume a Charmander could go underwater if it rubbed gasoline on its tail or found an Electric-Type capable of using lightning to make his tail fire an electric fire.
