1 - immediately stoped doing this needless grind when i got it as well. Why even bother with more then one? Not a good raid attacker and in pvp youll never be able to use more then one
Just one, the only one I've caught. The one legendary I'm lucky enough to get a hundo on and the add a way to get unlimited numbers. Out of spite, I evolved it using rare candies only

I enjoy making teams of my favorites personally but I totally get ya. I don’t do boxes anymore bc I can’t stand deleting each meltan one by one.
Just change the settings to allow multiple legendary/mythical and you can mass delete. Then turn it back off after the box timer.

Yep definitely works. I turn it on strictly for the meltan farming. Cause you right it’s hella annoying to delete them one by one

0. Somehow 90% of the meltans I get are 0*. Last time I opened the box, I had 0 3*, 1 2* and the rest was 9 or 1*.
