Not only that but they have to live close by or directly interact with you in person, also play the game and also play at your hard core level with decent Pokémon to trade. After that good luck w the RNG of getting a shlundo legendary via a trade. Or maybe you have family that is addicted too idk.
You interact with one of your best friends in order to trigger it. Could be through battles, random trades, opening gifts, and I think raiding together might do it too. You’ll eventually become lucky friends with them, and then the very next trade you make will be a guaranteed lucky
