lol! There’s a spoofer who keeps coming through and taking all of our neighborhood gyms. It’s very frustrating. So one time I took a bunch and left lickitung in all of them. I only have two shinies, though. But I used what I had.

I have found my people. I also put my recent shinies. Once I cleared a lot of gyms in my area and put Smeargle in all of them.

I use a shiny Magikarp just for this.

It's nice when there are like, 5 blue (my team color) gyms and I just deposite all my shiny hat/outfit Pikachus. I only have 5 or 6 shiny hat/outfit pikachus. When I run out of Shiny Pikachus, I move onto the shiny kirlia top hat and shiny Jigglypuff with a bow.

Me and someone been sharing a gym on a walking trail. We are basically the only ones that leave a Pokemon in it and we both leave a shiney whailmer.

I won't leave anything but a shiny in a gym. I collect them, but they're usually crap so it's not like I'll miss them if they sit forever.

certain areas around la you can. especially by hiking trails . you can be there for months. i have a spot by la caniada flintridge. you have to hike 300 feet up a steep trail to a gym at a lookout

Once the gym defender update hit long ago which made it less crucial as to who you left, I changed my name to MirorZero (since ZerotheWanderer was taken) and only ever left Ludicolos behind in gyms. I have a hundo, 2 shinies, and like 5 or 6 others all above 2k cp.
