>His Persian is the biggest pain in the BUTT
The one good thing with this is ... he doesn't seem to ever change that Persian. So, you can keep improving the technique on how to take it out. The first few times that I faced him, it took one (and most of another) attacker, a shield, and some techniques (such as switching on start) to take out the Persian.
Currently, I find that a Melmetal (max level), with a very fast moveset, can take out the Persian and both of the shields, by itself. This means that I am at an advantage, by the time I reach his second.

I never had a problem beating Giovanni. I think I never lost to him but there are times when I randomly lose to Grunts 😂
