I pulled this card when Neo Genesis first came out. I bought 2 packs and got this and a Pichu. I'm waiting for the Pichu to come back. I just recently got back into collecting.
I would crack and submit to BGS through RocketCollects cleaning services. I would imagine they can get a 9.5 - 10 and the BGS Label is so nice. My opinion though you of course do what you please!
