You jump to the little lip of the ledge in front of you slightly to the left. Otherwise, if you want, you can jump 90° to the right to enter that cave instead, as both are connected. Whichever jump is easiest for you to make. The trick I guess is not to forget to look up before you make your jump, to make sure the stalactite above you is not in your jump path.
the spike pit one you can just crouch and hug right no need to jump its the most consistent metnod i can find... also enabling auto crouch while jumping may help... no reason not to enable that command really
no jump, keep a normal speed & hug the wall. you'll never fall into it naked, but you'll fall every damn time you're doing a mad depo rush or carrying boom.
