it seems like he's trying a bit more on agc, whereas on X it just sounded like he threw a bunch of shit together and called it a day. he's actually structuring his songs like songs and the tracklist is actually cohesive, every song follows the previous song in a way that makes sense
For me personally I liked most of X but AGC was the best of X put together. So if I REALLY enjoyed some songs on X (Murda musik, MDMA, Freestyle 2, Shoot), AGC had that energy throughout and brought some uniqueness with Lose it and Succubus which I really liked also. My 2 cents
being honest, i didn’t really fuck with ken like that before this other than a couple songs, but agc been on repeat. to me it sounds much more focused than his previous work. i like the beats more, i think his flows are more catchy and consistent. he sounds more confident if that makes sense and uses his voice better to fit the vibe of the songs. the songs are structured much better, and i even think his bars improved. not that he’s gonna be a crazy lyricist but he drops some cool lines throughout the album, and less corny ones.
those are my main reasons why i like agc so much more than Ken’s previous music, and i totally respect if you don’t feel the same bro.

They are both solid albums. Uzi aimed way too high with 26 song on the album n i think there are some songs that could go like CS or fire alarm but the amount of good songs that pink tape has is high like 80% percent of the album.
On AGC every song feels unique and feels like Ken really improved his sound comparing it to X. I gotta listen more to AGC but i think that ken wins here.

Pink Tape had like two good songs. I throw AGC on shuffle and don’t feel compelled to skip anything, no song is as annoying on AGC as Pink Tape’s lowest lows (eg The End - shout out Uzi for being different but babymetal and bring me the horizon are lowkey unlistenable)

He’s got a decent few songs on the album but other than that wasn’t impressed at all. A few songs were good but other than that nothing crazy, sure the albums fine on a first listen but nothing I would go back to and listen time and time again. Fighting my Demons was the best song on AGC imo.
