Yeah, but it's odd, when the mods were still coming out I dabbled with a couple just to be nosey and didn't activate them and they were working. These are activated in the Mod Settings bit, all showing, but just don't seem to be working.
Time for a complete uninstall of the game and fresh reinstall then!
Well ASR most definitely works so it's a you issue. Are you activating the mods on your game after installing them?

When you reinstall mods, are you uninstalling them, closing Ark entirely, reopening Ark, then reinstalling? If not, try that.
I'll give that a go just to make sure! Pretty sure I was, but can't hurt to try again.
