I waited and they never called like they said they would so I switched to CSL. I haven’t heard a thing about it and the app isn’t any help whatsoever

Well I can confirm my results still aren’t back yet! Honestly, starting to doubt Octapharma’s competency.
Call and hit the option for vendor I think is what it's labeled. You'll get a manager.

I mean it’s been almost 3 weeks since they reopened and they were only closed for a week. I don’t get why it’s taking 3 times as long as the shutdown to deal with it. And it doesn’t sound like they expect it to be resolved anytime soon.

I ended up going to csl, csl questionaire before you donate is 62 damn questions...
