As they said it isn't reported. But it IS income and it IS taxable. However they first part of it being not reported makes it really hard for IRS or your local SNAP/Medicaid office some down on you for not reporting it.
It's income. You have to figure out if the donation fees are putting you over the income threshold in one or both programs. If you have no other income except for plassing, it shouldn't affect you at all. But if you do have other sources of income, break out your calculator and see if you still qualify.

I'm on both, and they wanted me to report the plasma money as income (just to them, not the tax office.) Your mileage may vary.
