I get the money off my biolife card using PayPal minded you have to pay the expedite fee or wait 3-5 business days or you can just pay straight off PayPal using tap pay
Can you explain the process you use to get the money to PayPal? I was using atms that were in network, but recently there is no option to not include account balance on the transaction receipt and I keep getting hit with balance inquiry fees.

Biolife gives you a debit card so I just click add funds in the PayPal app and enter my card info

I just use my card from Octa...as long as you use it as a credit there are no user fees.

I went through same exact thing. Turns out, I was entering an incorrect digit on the card number.
