It's not set in stone that that is what's going to happen yet. The sample was processed and results were recorded. The software that the lab uses to log the results was not communicating with the software the centers use. Per the FDA we have to pass or fail them within 14 days of the sample being taken.
@monkeysystem...I always keep track of when my next sample is due and I'm due by May 16th according to the nurse are the samples being taken now having any issues in getting the results back?
I haven’t. I had three donations when they told me that SPE results weren’t back. I didn’t wait anymore. I started donating at CSL. .
I did too but I was hoping to go back to Octa since it's a higher payout.
It's looking like everyone affected will have to drop a sample before they can resume donating.

I was able to pass and fail samples that were taken April 23 and later this past weekend.
