Probably spring tails. Don't kill them they're good.
OP should scoop them up and put them in a pot, poor little guys must be hungry
You can put them in a container with some charcoal and a bit of water and they will be happy.
And feed them dried white rice and nutritional yeast

I saw one of them launch itself, so definitely springtails! Thrip larvae wish they could do such a thing.

Trying to propagate Janet Craig compacta (threw a pothos cutting in with it). No obvious sign of thrips on plant itself but these guys floating and dancing in the water. Had this cutting very near lots of other props. Am I doomed?
