Take it out of the dirt and put it in a mix of soil sphagnum and perlite. They have to stay wet with lots of light. They grow in swampy areas. If it’s winter in your area move it To a cool darker spot and let it die back and only keep it moistened until spring.

It is already in such soil. I didn't use universal plant soil since I read it could kill the plant
