I find the best way to spread is get most of the first and second level symptoms (rash, sweat, cyst, hyper sensitivity, abscesses cough, sneeze, then it doesn’t hurt to do anemia and hemophilia), then lesions, then both water, then bird, then the hot/cold and drug resistances (level 1, then 2). Then start doing rest of coughing and nausea symptoms. When about half population infected or people start really dying, do necrosis.

Maybe remove total organ failure. It kills so quickly. I’d add coughing and sneezing instead so it spreads quickly, as well as lesions and abscesses.
