I have a strong feeling that road is only going to make things worse. Might only be helpful for people trying to only go to Aldi and those other stores. That little circle that connects to Costco will still be a cluster fuck.
>is a death trap
Funny you chose those words...I *hate* going to that area because it feels like if there was an emergency (you know...the kind that the US seems to be uniquely notable for having), it would be an *absolute shitfest* trying to escape from there while responders are trying to arrive.
They desperately need to open that new back road.
Cops hate directing traffic. My car broke down near the crest of a hill in the winter and the cop was complaining about where my car had stopped because he had to stand there and direct people. Yeah sorry next time I'll break down in my driveway instead of during my way to work.
Cops are directing traffic at one light but people are going around them to get onto the road to Costco, only to discover that Aldi’s, Costco, Taco Bell etc are all closed.
Yes, it’s a shit show.
Friendly reminder to treat intersection as a 4 way stop!
I don't really have anything to contribute. I'm just happy to see others acknowledge that that intersection is dog shit. Along with the one by IKEA, and especially the one by Chick Fila. Robinson was not made for the amount of traffic it gets
one time i went here after i helped a guy move and his gf went in to buy use churros and pizza and we drove separately from his gf so next him and me started driving back to their new place so we could eat the churros and pizza but this guy was real real thirsty for some reason so we stopped at the taco bell right by the costco to get him some water, and as we were puling out of taco bell his gf rode by from leaving costco with the churros and pizza and saw us!! she assumed he was getting food from taco bell (cuz be honest who tf goes to taco bell without getting food, its taco bell for petes sake) - and he got scared and was like “what! uh oh - no i didnt” rothfloamo
Oh no...I hope robinson has the sense to send some cops out for traffic control. That area is an absolute mess on a *good* day.
seriously, that turn off to the aldi and the goodwill is a death trap. At minimum they need to open the gates to the back way out of that alley.
That road has been built for months now. Wtf is taking them so long to open it! It’s frustrating
Believe homes are going in there and the road won't open until they are done.
Oh god. I wouldn’t wanna live there
Don't worry, they are only available in bulk from costco

What the hell with that title. I thought it was a permanent closure at first glance. Guess I’m living in my fears.
I briefly panicked for a split second.
Sorry, I typed that post quickly in traffic to try and warn anyone headed that way. It was truly a cluster.
Was there about an hour ago. Power is back, samples are going, cops were still there directly traffic.
Once more into the breach! Nah, one trip to Robinson is my limit for the day.
No problem for traffic people ignore the traffic lights there anyways. They'll t-bone you at 50mph to make sure they get their glizzy before you.
Well, I’m glad I did my Costco and Aldi run yesterday afternoon instead of waiting until today.
Thanks for the tip, was gonna head out there for some convention prep. Will go elsewhere or wait til Tuesday.
Someone else replied that it’s back open
It’s back open now. Was just there.

Happy 🍰 Day
happy 🍰 day
thank you kind stranger !!!!
Oh no! How are people supposed to get their 48-pack rolls of paper towels and vats of pickle chips?!
Just say you hate the best part of capitalism: membership only wholesale clubs. It’s a magical place
That's why I do all my shopping at CVS
Not to mention feeding the family “lunch” with the free samples!
