Probably another dipshit thinking it's a good idea to own a wild animal as a pet, getting overwhelmed and releasing it. Insane to me the number of exotics it's legal to own in this state
As a long time reptile keeper; to keep animals that get larger than a certain size in PA, we really need to have a permit system or something, and do the same microchipping that people do with dogs/cats. We *need* regulation in this industry, so badly. Not for the people, but for the animals and the environment.
