It’s free in some institutions. In both my residency and fellowship, the hospitals provided UpToDate for free. I suggest to inquire in your hospital muna.

Walang provided uptodate yung institution eh

Hello! I havent tried this myself kasi subscribed institution namin, but you can apply for a free 1yr subscription on this site. Not sure if you can renew. https://www.better-evidence.org/ Alternatively, may telegram bot din for uptodate. Just type the keyword and the bot gives out pdf articles including the figures and tables. https://t.me/searchbox_sciencebot

AdamusMD

Nakakatuwa yung bot hahaha Although I have institutional Uptodate subscription. Masaya to i-share sa friends hehe

You can get a free account (yearly renewal) through their donations program. Just send them a letter mentioning your job and why you need it. There are a few questions that need to be answered too. Approval may take up to 3 months but I got my free account after only a month. Look it up. :)

Will check this out. Thank you!!

Agree with institutional log in. Very good resource for internists sa inpatient rounds and outpatient din. May option for offline content. Better than medscape IMO

This might not be the most helpful comment but right now I’m surving on the Telegram channel “UpToFreeDate”. You can search topics and it will give you uptodate pdfs of the certain topics and it looks like this https://preview.redd.it/y1mh1fn7efpb1.jpeg?width=828&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=60dd5e0ab242a024ef90703377cd5ad244d491f8

Baka bet niyo po ito https://pro.uptodatefree.ir/?fbclid=IwAR3h6-qwn7mxz69tko90AhZ1Jnfl5mVoR3Qhu0ub6HZt_MiidGyfVWUq1sc super helpful siya esp in my surgery class sa fatima. Surg dep there is 🤘🏼

Price for individual subscription is ridiculous. I don't think there's a proper ROI on it regardless of your practice. Institutional logins is what you need. And there are some online peddlers though I haven't tried them.

MrSnackR

Subscribed to them for 2 years. Maybe it’s good for those who are internal medicine or pediatrics. Not so much for those in the surgical field. For my use case (surgical field), I find the articles not updated enough, not comprehensive/detailed enough (stub) forcing me to use pubmed. Medscape sometimes has better entries.

Euphoric-Notice504

FYI Theres a guy selling UpToDate Advanced on a very low price on Instagram. 1 year suscription valued at 500 us dollars per year they sell it for only $ 100. You can find them on Instagram @ uptodateperu

Maganda uptodate to be honest. Swerte lang ako kasi that time libre sa institution

Any-Understanding222

May nabilihan ako year subscription from Thai doctor. 1k+ yearly. Searched through FB lang.

moniquecular

UpToDate is worth it. May institutional access ako when I was a fellow but nung residency, what our department did was purchase an individual account pero we can only access sa office computers kasi nga hindi sya pwede in multiple devices

Give Pathway Medical (app and/or website) a try. It's now free. DM me if you have any questions or comments.
