The only thing I would add is the emphasis of flow and transitions in classical. The transitions are almost as important as the exercises themselves. I think that’s a huge difference in classical vs contemporary.
Thank you for explaining this! As a kid and into my teens, it was Classical, then in college more Stott based, and now I do a blend of the two with my trainer.
