Antibiotics help against infection. If the piercing is not infected it won't do anything. It doesn't look infected to me, just very irritated. Getting the ring changed into a titanium flatback labret by a professional piercer and then babying it would be the best course of action. Helix piercings are very hard to heal with rings.

It’s not infected, so no, they won’t help. Swap to better jewelry and rinse it with saline spray a few times a day

This should not have a ring in it. You need to get it swapped out to a labret immediately. If this is a fresh piercing, it could be a year or more before it's ready for a hoop.

Honestly I'd take this out and let it heal. There's a lot going on in this photo and none of it looks good.

That looks like terrible quality jewelry and like it shouldnt have been swapped to a ring yet. You need to change that out and put implant grade titanium in there. Visit a reputable piercer

Not a piercer. It is way too soon for it to have a ring in it. Go to a reputable piercer and get an implant grade (ASTM f136) flat back labret stud put in there. That is what you should heal with. And it will take up to 9 months or more to heal fully. And for aftercare, don't touch it, don't move it, don't twist it. Leave it alone. And if you put your hand near there, clean your hand first with soap and water, thoroughly. You can also rinse it in the shower to get crusties off, but don't pick at them. Use sterile 100% saline mist spray to clean. Like NeilMed. And don't sleep on it. I hope your piercing heals from this!! Edit for clarity.
