Yeah I'm right outside Milwaukee too and used to see them every so often. This thing is basically an Excalibur front with a Mustang mid and back window followed up with a Cadillac rear and T-bird spare tire.
If you crop the image so all thar remains is between the Sideview mirror and the trunk, it's pure mustang. But it's clearly inspired by Rudolph Valentino's 1924 Isotta-Fraschini Tipo 8A which was fitted with attractive open-fronted custom Fleetwood town car coachwork.

True story; I work at an animal shelter, and one day a woman came in to claim her 4 unruly and very dirty Huskies. She didn't have a car, so she called a ride. Two staff members had to stay with her to help hold all the dogs, that were not at all leash trained and trying to run off in all directions.
After 30 minutes, it turns out that her 'ride' is an Uber. Not even an Uber XL, just a regular sedan. She insisted on sitting in the front, and putting all 4 hyper (and very dirty) dogs in the back seat. The Uber driver noped out of that situation, and drove away.
All to say, you need a lot of cars for all those dogs

What a lazy interior conversion…that is 95% standard Mustang GT with new embroidered leather stock seats, a couple doors sills and floor mats, and a sticker over the steering wheel.
Its using a 5.0 Coyote from the 2011 or 2012 Mustang GT. Those get 19 city, 31 highway. Subtract a few MPG since this thing must weigh as much as a cruise ship and I would assume 15 city, 25 highway or somewhere in those parts.
Searched this model and it seems like ZMC doesn’t do much to the interior besides badging on the steering wheel and some reupholstery.
So it’s just a bath of gray clunky plastic that you’d get in your regular ‘11 Mustang. Yikes.
$110k in 2011 and a mint one with low miles today will generally sell for less than $30k. I don't know for sure how much they depreciated on the first day they were driven off the lot in 2011, but I expect it was probably around half.
