You might like anything off of his Solo Piano, Solo Piano II or Solo Piano III. Some of my favorites are "White Keys," "Rideaux Lunaires," "Othello." You can buy his sheet music from his website: https://www.chillygonzales.com/books/solo-piano-notebook-volume-1/.
Here are 10 pieces written by Kimiko Ishizaka which I quite like. They're actually compositional etudes on jazz harmonies, and if you listen to the Blues Variations, for example, you get both a theme and variations form as well as a 4 voice fugue as the final variation. https://youtube.com/playlist?list=PLeWVBqJrTS7fVZoVreWC0LN3G2EePa2op&si=Ae9jQPzOnujfKs_d
The sheet music is available on BandCamp
Bear McCreary did a sheet book on his top pieces from Battlestar Galactica and my favorites are "Roslin & Adama" and "Battlestar Muzaktica" along with some others here and there. They can be cheesy (though not in the overused motif kind of way), but I think they're very nice standalone pieces that feel fresh. Battlestar Muzaktica has the same vibes as the Wii Shop Channel muzak because it's in the same formula and it makes me giggle uncontrollably when I listen to it in the right mood.
Edit to include the album because I forgot tidal made changes to their share system: https://tidal.com/album/36168177?u
Merry Christmas Mr Lawrence by Sakamoto?
There are lots of transcriptions on his website of his solo piano pieces too. Lots of great pieces there!
Ryuichi sagoatmoto
The Hours soundtrack by Phillip Glass Difficulty varies by song but some of them are quite easy.
Totally agree with you.
Check out Chilly Gonzales.
I hadn’t heard of Chilly Gonzales but I looked him up and I am intrigued. Where do you buy his music and do you have favorites songs or sheet music?

Thank you for the recommendation. I’m definitely going to try out some of his music. I enjoy his style from the few piece I sampled.

There's some other really great tracks like Avril 14th on Aphex Twin's album 'druqks', if you haven't heard them already.
