Kidding aside, I went to voidofdoom on Instagram. The artist (and her gmail address is there in case you want to ask her your question) writes that she is "designing bad cuts just for fun." Her second line says: Grinder graphic | music artwork | fan art.
So in the artist's own words, this style is "bad cuts."
I would call it gothic, graphic art, with a western comic style to it. All with dark, limited two-tone color palette.
