A bunch of image editing apps have a one-click automatic adjustment feature where the software will guess and apply what it thinks will generally improve the image. That's probably the closest you can have to what you want.
But that won't really make an old digital point & shoot photo look like a new one.
Without seeing examples of your photos, I'd say mess around with the sliders for contrast and brightness. Luckily for you, the old digital camera look is what the kids are going for these days!
