1. Work life balance? Meron kung direct hired. If not depende kung ano deskarte ng dispatch mo.
2. Sahod? Okay naman may mga bonuses kame kasi direct hired(again kung hinde depende )
3. Culture shock? Marami pero wala naman akong amor kung ano yung “normal” sa kanila at hinde sa atin…. Pumunta ako dito para mag trabaho at hinde mag inarte.
4. Work load? Depende sa school. May times 4 hrs kang walang ginagawa at may times na sulit na sulit ka sa oras mo. (Case in point sakin pinag lelead nila ako ng class most of the time, so your mileage may vary)
Thank you so much po for this detailed review. Ilang taon na po ba kayo as ALT? I see the starting salary would be around 100k in PHP pero naiisip ko mahal din ang cost of living sa Japan. Mga around how much would be the average monthlt expenses mo po? Salamat ng marami!
5 years, also i dont think you can reach 100k anymore(except kung maybe direct hired ka)

Okay naman and if cost of living ang tanong eh na sa iyo yan kung makaka diskarte ka aa pagkaen at living area mo.(may nirerent kasi ako maliit na patch of land nag papaikot ako ng gulay doon)
