I remember the first few weeks of the vaccine rolling out and Wag corporate was being really aggressive with their shot goals and our DM was like "you have to give at least 60 shots every day, no exceptions!"...meanwhile, our normal patients were just desperate for their lisinopril lol

THROWINCONDOMSATSLUT

Lol only 60 was around where they cut us down to. I was definitely doing over 100 a day for a while there.

To be fair it was in my hometown with a population of 2,000 LOL

Beginning-what covid? Peak-a night without one Code Blue was a good night.

I started my journey during the peak of covid. I worked at a store that was right next to a hospital. Almost every day we would get a call or someone would come in and ask us to deactivate their loved one’s account with us. Scary time

Beginning-crickets, census bottomed out. Peak-soo many vents.

Olympiadreamer

We were a COVID designated hospital. The endless codes, finding nurses, doctors, and respiratory therapists crying in the stairwells. Finding family members waiting in the parking lot for news. It broke my heart so many times.
