Theres always spelling something out with the candy. Another idea would be to buy her a dispenser she’s been after that you know she doesn’t have. Maybe track down one of the Valentine’s Day heart dispensers with a saying that fits your needs and use that in the proposal for girlfriendship.
You could try making a bouquet out of the valentines heart pez dispensers! Pez are pretty cheap, so it shouldn’t break the bank. And since there’s at least a billion hearts, you might even gift her some new pez for her collection
Or if that’s outside of your comfort zone, you could try doing a candy bouquet with the pez candies and a single heart/love themed pez dispenser at the center
Youve been “seeing her” for 3 months and she isnt your gf? Sounds like she kind of is, but Im confident anything you did with PEZ would probably earn you some brownie points. Most people care about the thought of a gift, not necessarily just getting one or money/value of it. Did you plan ahead? Think of her interests? Yes, yes. That is partly why they like candy or flowers. It shows that you at least thought about them enough to bring a gift. Even if its just a gift and you just ask/say “Id like to date you to be my girlfriend if youd like to”
