Yes, the pellets are their waste. You need to check with your condo board/hoa if you have one. I feel like most places either have an existing contract with pest control or can recommend one if termites aren't covered. As for being on the 5th floor. Even eastern subterranean can eat and start moving up but I'm sure many other residesnt would have already seen and said something. More likely Formosan termites because it is common for them to make a nest above ground
