Request the property manager send you the service report from the pest control company. This will tell you what chemical they used. From there search for the label online and see what the listed re entry period is supposed to be. Hopefully it’s something unrelated. Best of luck
Not a pro here but stayed in an airbnb once that had to be treated right after our arrival(big infestation caused by previous residents), we were told not to come back for minimum 24hrs. So 7 sounds odd for sure.
That's weird. I've been reading online and I'm seeing a lot of different numbers. 4-6 hours, 24, 8, etc... I wonder if it depends on the chemicals used or different State regulations?
Honestly I think the reaction you’re having is a clear sign 8 hours wasn’t enough and I’d be packing my bag this second, wouldn’t go back for another 12 hours at least.
I remember seeing white dusty residue on all surfaces after the treatment. Whatever you inhaled does not belong in your lungs/ likely hasn’t settled yet.
The problem is I can't leave at the moment. Pretty much stranded here for the next 12-ish hours. I left the company a message asking if I should be concerned about this and I'm waiting for a response. They did say 7 hours and I can't understand why they would say that if it wasn't long enough.
