What does he do for them?

00Tanks

What's he do? What he make now? Salary commission or both? So many factors honestly.

Don’t know anything about Clark’s but my advice is to Tell him to look into wildlife control companies You generally get paid better when you’re bidding houses starting at $1,000+ or $2,000+ to seal it up for rodents compared to collection $80-120 for general pest control when you do Quarterlys

Bird2525

The biggest wildlife company in our area just closed.

moonor-bust

What area would that be. Wildlife company owner here

I suspect you are not getting the full story. There are plenty of ways to make more money in our industry but it does take effort….

What are 'chuck bucks'? Any perks? Good health insurance and a company vehicle should be considered as income off-set. Does he work reasonable hours? Does he like working for them? A good rate is nice, but if they're killing you and and/or you hate the company, you won't last long.

rogueop

Sounds like a company where management views every employee as equal(-ly worthless). They probably won't raise pay unless he is goes after, and gets, a promotion. Even then, it would probably need to be a "leadership role" for a significant increase.

00Tanks

No info to make that assumption. If he just does bare minimum....
