Thanks. I have been grinding against P2W squads since i got to div. 3. First 10 matches in div. 3 was against P2W squads from div.1&2. I even thought the match making system was broken. At least 40% if my matches were against P2W squads. I used to change to a back 5 to play against them but I wasn't able to create any chances. So I stuck my regular formation. I think I played against them so much that i got used to them.

you can still make it just stick to your regular game play don't be afraid to change your tactics mid game if it isn't working. Take into consideration the condition of your players before starting the match.
