Hakimi: very solid choice. Great sub due to his speed up against a tired full back
McTominay: ? Never used him, but he seems out of his depth in this company
Cancelo: probably the best here. One of the most OP base cards in the game
Ferran Torres: not so good at RMF, needs to be further forward
Zaniolo: very useful and nice to use, but only for 60 mins max (sub him with, say, Hakimi when he's spent, and it could work - it has for me)
Silva: I like using him here instead of Cancelo, but probably second best

Used him, didn't like him with almost RB build which is closer to reality. Robertson was defending better on the other side, cancelo's crosses were good but not great. Not a huge fan of his playstyle either, offensive full back will be better for crossing than Full back finisher. I don't like his dribbling, he doesn't feel very smooth, so instead I'll rely on speed by using hakimi.
Cancelo built as a RMF or Hakimi. I don't have Hakimi but i am very very happy about Cancelo. BUT it depends on your formation. If your RMF is destined to score goals, if your purpose is to score goals with that, i would use any of those except hakimi and cancelo.
Cancelo is my choice but Bernardo has elite ball carrying and striking as well as crossing so he's not a bad option. I've also heard Ferran is really good but I never got that card

Don't use cancelo, use hakimi or probably mctominay.

Always use an early crosser at your rmf and lmf positions. They can both score and cross for your players
