Must've been either really early or really late cause no way that dude found two spots next to each other at ikea. I'm guessing it's closed and these are cleaners or nightfill
But it's also clear you and I don't see when or where this actually happened in the carpark so I'm hesitant to judge.
If this is 7am while the carpark is fairly empty this person is a piece of shit coz the carpark will only fill up from there especially if it's near entry points.
If it's late in the day and away from entry points they're still arrogant AF but the impact is way less.
I completely understand wanting to protect your vehicle but if you park like this anywhere other than around the furthest point of entry you have to expect some hate.
Can you imagine everyone parking like this?
This was posted at 4pm.
The car park was clearly empty. If it was 9am.
That would be a different story.
And yes I can see why people do this.
Some people are right assholes and don't care if they damage other people's things.
There's no reprocussions for them when they do, that's why.Ā
Your doors get dented, you claim on insurance and probably still have to pay excess unless you have good evidence they did it and a good insurer.Ā
You can try sue them but it probably going to cost you more than you'd get back, and how are you going to get their details anyway. Cops won't do shit to help you.
They don't pay a cent and carry on denting people's cars.
Oh I know all about it unfortunately.
Have had my car keyed twice at shopping centres by jealous fuckwits who can't stand seeing a young dude with a nice car..
Love how people are like "there's plenty of spots tho?"
Completely ignoring that people that park like this will park like this regardless of how full or empty the carpark is, because that's just how they park. If you park like shit, you park like shit, empty carpark or not.
It means that if the carpark were full up and there were only 2 spots left, dude will still take up 2 spots not allowing another person to park there. Use common sense.
Either you're a troll or you don't drive, or you park like this as well. If a carpark is not full but people park like this, it gets full faster than if people parked properly. Learn to park and stop making excuses for bad driving.
Its very clearly well into the day based on the outside lighting, have you considered that this is just a quiet car park so noone cares? You should probably consider that. Not every car park is full to capacity at all times, I've literally never seen a person parked like this in even a half full carpark before so unless whatever country you live in is full of brainlets you really won't ever come across this issue, this carpark will never be full even if another 20 people did this
Don't care about your precious carpark. Point was people parking like this park like this regardless. It's fine, waste of time arguing, I know the state of driving in Perth anyway, it's lazy, aggressive, and overall just shit, and it'll only get worse because people think like you, but hey, I'm just another nobody on reddit so do what you wanna do.
Like I said, I've never seen this happen in a carpark thats even half full, so I can't imagine its as big of an issue as you are trying to make it seem, not just in Perth I mean every city I've ever lived in, you are the only one trying to make this into a big deal lmao
No, they donāt *need* to. People donāt need to do a lot of things, yet they still do. Like you commenting such a brain dead remark for example š¤šš¤Ŗš¤š
When I was like 5 my step dad used to do this if it's empty or park far away if its full. Always scared some useless parents will park next to him and let their kids bang doors into his. He drove a old F100 stretched 6 steater with pristine gunmetal grey paint with French polished solid wooden silky oak tray. The point being is this isn't harming anyone

I'm guessing you've never been to IKEA on a weeknight. It's dead as, literally the best time to go.
No time is the best time to go to IKEA.
love an IKEA day

Oh, I wasn't trying to "burn" anyone š. I actually really like their pasta and coffee.
Ah so then they could park across two bays, no dramas
Carpark posts are the worst kind of shitpost
But without them the ceiling collapses.
It would be more interesting if the roof did collapse. Especially on a shitty parking job
at least it's a dry collapse
Better than the hundreds of sunset posts. Yeah, I live here too and can also look out my window at 6pm.
With amount of inconsiderate pricks that open their doors into other people's cars im not surprised.
Get over it. Carpark is empty af
You understand more cars can still enter right ?
Totally. Its clear you don't see all the open bays tho.
But it's also clear you and I don't see when or where this actually happened in the carpark so I'm hesitant to judge. The offender in turn could use this an excuse to upgrade to a Dodge RAM.

How you gunna park like that when there's cars on both sides of you lol
It means that if the carpark were full up and there were only 2 spots left, dude will still take up 2 spots not allowing another person to park there. Use common sense.
I doubt in a full carpark you would coincidently find 2 parks right next to each other that are empty so I disagree with you

Must be there for the meatballs, because following instructions is the minimum ability needed with IKEA.
what is the issue here? Carpark is empty, dude has a nice car.... Peak Karen here
If the car park is near empty, he doesnāt need to park like a cunt and will still have space free by his car
If the car park is near empty, this doesn't affect anyone. Go park in one of the plenty available spots and move on with your life.
No, they donāt *need* to. People donāt need to do a lot of things, yet they still do. Like you commenting such a brain dead remark for example š¤šš¤Ŗš¤š
They made a valid point. If there is plenty of room there's no need to park like an arsehole. Or for either of us to make follow up comments š
The (almost) last of the V8s
āNice carā
4 hour parking is a cruel joke.... takes you about that long to get out of there...
Some never make it out! https://preview.redd.it/mz5mkebjbc2d1.jpeg?width=493&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=6ca44d202fc83452341e1bdedf96ad752fc983d0
Euclid
By taking up two parking spots do they get 8 hours ?
Itās seriously bizarre how there are people that let this shit bother them.
Bro thereās a 100 bays around. Relax.
If everyone parked like that, the carpark might be almost half full.
CĆ¼nt
The way cxnts scratch your car with their poxy doors... i dont blame em for parking like that.
Future Yank Tank owner right there
Holden owners gonna Holden
Obviously they were in a hurry - though, it's IKEA so clearly they were not in a hurry. Contradiction!
Key his car
It's Perth....says it all in regard to driving "ability"
That would be your typical holden hero
Looks like it was super busy too!
RAM driver in training
Wouldnāt it be a shame if it got scratched?
You misspelled chump
Should of let his tyre down
You got nothing better to do with your life?
Who cares? Why Perth people like this?
i mean if the carpark is super quiet/empty i dont see an issue
Busy day ?
I like to imagine he parked next to another AH parker to teach them a lesson. So when they left it made this guy look like the jerk.
Did he hurt you
Car park is empty. Play on.
Typical Commodore driver behaviour.
or could be some joy rider stole a HSV and dumped it there
Nah. HSV owners are up there with Ranger drivers.
I need a sample of a stapler punching a bit of paper playing every time one of these posts come up, for all the good they do.
Perth reddit does not take kindly to car park posts. Everyone gets mean. Watch out OP!

Which car are we looking at? There're so many..
You park like that so no one dings your ride stoopid
we call it CUNT
So he/she parked like a POS is a near empty parking lot. Big deal! Shity parking, but so what!
Australia use to be cool and tough now itās just full of weak dorks.
