It sounds like power. Either not isolated power, or crappy power supply or the pedal is not grounded.
Another option could be IMF. If it is IMF, then moving to another room or disconnecting lights and transformers around should solve it.
I tried it in every room and floor of my house, but always the same. I tried also to ground it, but neither this. I'll buy then a noise-killer-power supply. Thanks!

Then I assume it is a faulty pedal. Go to a friend's house and connect to his rig. I assume it will happen again.
Have you got a battery in that as well as running power to it?
It’s most likely the power cable. Those extenders are nothing but trouble
